Hotel Chateau Kurfurstendamm

The hotel is located in a great area, with easy access to buses and the metro, and practically next to the Europa Center, where you can find all the shops and restaurants you may need. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the breakfast is excellent. The staff are polite and welcoming, and Brenda was especially kind and speaks several languages. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was very good, the staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is fresh and tasty, the hotel is close to the S-Bahn.

All of the staff were helpful and friendly, but we mainly dealt with Gvansta who was an awesome receptionist! She was very welcoming and willing to have conversations with us throughout our stay! She helped us plan things to do, places to eat/drink and how to get to them on public transport! The room was clean and comfortable and the location was good too. About a 10 minute walk to the train station or a 3 minute walk to the bus stop with lots of food options around too!

A hotel located centrally and a 10 minute walk from the Zoological Park. I've stayed a few times when in Berlin for work. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean albeit a touch dated in terms of decoration. They have everything you need in terms of safe, fridge, TV, Aircon, tea/coffee. The bathrooms are clean, have hand/shower gel and a hairdryer. The only thing I would add would be an anti slip mat for the bath if you're showering. The breakfast is a combination of continental with a small selection of hot items. Perfect to start the day off with. The staff are all welcoming and friendly. I'll be back in the next month or two. Highly recommended as a great value hotel.
