Hotel Am Borsigturm

If i could give zero i would! We had a conferenceroom book for two days with other companies. After arriving at 23:00 in the evening the guy at the desk did not find our room. After we payed for someone else his room we got the message they forgot to reserve our room. If i asked for a solution or to talk to the manager, his said he is just a guard. We slept at another hotel. In the morning during my conference i went down to talk to the manager. He said he had to look into it and he would talk to me at noon. So at noon i was at the front desk, sadly enough he had no time. Then at 17:00 after the conference he said he had transferred the wrong money back and could offer us a bottle of wine. After declining that he paid for our parking ticket. After hearing that a lot of people had this problem i would not recommend this hotel. This i really not professional!

It was a very peaceful and pleasant stay Very kind staff The room is cleaned daily (some problems with temperature setting) Quite a varied and tasty breakfast

The room was clean and acceptable, but unfortunately quite noisy. Parking directly at the hotel isn't possible. The breakfast buffet offered a generous selection of diverse options. In this day and age, poor Wi-Fi is no longer acceptable. The connection was a real let-down - and this in the German's capital city.

Was visiting family in Tegel and stayed here for the fourth time. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and a good size, the bathroom was good and the breakfast was satisfactory. The hotel could use some upkeep her and there. Overall however it was fair value for the cost.
