Hollywood Media Hotel Berlin

Great hotel in a quiet area. Only drawbacks is travelling into centre. It was ok. But not ideal if you are travelling solo. It takes around 20 minutes to get central. They have a bar and restaurant separately. Enjoyed the breakfast.

It could be a great hotel, if the queues at the reception didn't exist. On a check-in I waited for 1 hour in a queue, and at a checkout (don't even remember, when in other hotels I had to wait for a checkout) - another 10+ minutes. Tho. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is tasty, and everything else was good.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the air conditioning was excellent, which made a huge difference during the hot weather. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the bathtub. A walk in shower would have been much more practical, as it was difficult to avoid getting water on the bathroom floor. Overall, this is a comfortable, well located hotel with excellent service and a unique concept. With a few small improvements, it could become something truly special.

The Breakfast deserves a 10 star ⭐ however the staff annoys guest by removing plates while one still eating without even saying a word. This is extremely rude, you must train your people, they should remove the table once the guest has left the table for good. I am still considering this hotel great.
