Not a bad stay, good service. Small, but manageable room. Nice breakfast. Was disappointed when our plans changed, and they were not able to accommodate us for one more night. We saw someone else ask for an additional room and get it as we were leaving.
I had a great stay. Nice spacious clean and quiet rooms. Felt very comfortable. Also the staff in reception were super super friendly kind and helpful. I only have good things to say.
Visited on a business trip, location is so so if you want a walking only experience but there's a tram station just in front and then place is clean, comfortable and staff is very nice.
Great location that was mostly quiet but convenient to the light rail. Rooms were clean and mostly comfortable. Our twin beds were not particularly even. I was freezing most of the time though and the thermostat doesnt let you change it much. The twin blanket barely fit over our small bed and it came off if i turned so i was cold all night.
The best part of Holiday Inn is that you know what you're gonna get, and they have never ceased to deliver on consistent quality. I like that their rooms are always clean, service is always courteous. The breakfast is super here. I had family in the city that visited me every day in my room and the staff never made an issue about it. Was only a little sad that they kept mixing up the number of towels in the room, the shampoo refills, etc. But they did rectify it promptly when asked. All in all, I'd definitely come back.
