Had to use as emergency overnight stay for our school group when flight cancelled in Berlin. They couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. Everyone was amazing!

flight got cancelled so the airline booked a hotel room in this hotel. the room was clean and the the staffs were friendly. breakfast buffet was rich. it would be nice if there was an amenity kit in the room - especially for a stranded passenger with an already checked-in luggage.

Absolutely perfect hotel, nothing to complain about. We were here with a Czech group of about 30 people for two nights with Henkel. Breakfast excellent, rooms clean, reception staff on 1.5 absolutely nice and helpful. I was accommodated with the choice of room, which I really appreciate and thank you. We will definitely be back soon. Driver Josef.

Nice and clean hotel. Magnificent breakfast. Rooms don't have a fridge! For jogging and running follow a cycling path to the east to Rudow-Altglienicke Park. Half marathoners can stretch it all the way to Johannisthal/Aldershof Park following the same path and the bridge over Teltowkanal.

I can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant staff deserves special mention, especially Akram, who impresses every customer with his kindness and hospitality.
