Rooms are good. Coffee maker and kettle was old and faulty. No fridge. Cleaning is super late or never show up. Location is okay. Breakfast is good but too expensive. Overall, it’s decent if you get a discount on the price.

THIS HOTEL OVERBOOKS! Read before you book this absurd place. So imagine its midnight and you finally arrive to your hotel. You’re tired but the vision of chilling in a freshly made bed soothes your sore body. As you cross the doors you immediately see a confused group of people chaotically waiting in two lines. Cautiously, you join the queue. You soon sense the vibes are weird; people are being sent somewhere with cabs but you shrug it off. Maybe they mixed something up? As you wait you watch as the staff scrambles: some people smirk, some people put on a mask of professionalism, some are clueless and helpless. After 30 mins you get assigned to the helpless guy. It’s his first day at the desk, or so he claims. Sadly he cannot check you in because he doesn’t know how. You encourage him to do his job. „Is this reservation surely under the name in the passport?” 50 mins in and you realize what’s up. They’re overbooked and are shipping people god knows where. Despite that their Booking.com and Trip.com is still open for reservations. Either complete idiocy or some kind of a weird side business. No matter what - avoid this place at all costs. Plenty of other options around.
Great location with comfortable and clean rooms. Hotel offers wide selection in terms of breakfast therefore highly recommend stretching the budget. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Definitely worth considering this hotel for a city break in Berlin!
Huge hotel, close enough to main station and some shopping, bars and late night eats. But a 12 minute or so walk either direction to get to anything so keep that in mind. Appreciated the early check-in, the rooms have everything you need and I prefer the privacy. However, the temperature was terrible, during the day it was so warm and stuff and then at night it somehow gets super cold- this part made it uncomfortable at times. For the price I thought it would be close to the center and less walking, honestly would have just paid a little more to not be in the area. Overall a decent hotel.
I do not recommend this hotel at all. We experienced multiple issues from the moment we arrived. During check-in, we were given only one key card because they claimed they had no more available. The following day, after repeatedly requesting a second card, they finally provided one, but it did not work properly. We had specifically requested twin beds months in advance and received confirmation that this request would be honored. However, upon arrival, the room setup was completely different, and no solution was offered. The biggest issue was housekeeping. Our room was never cleaned during our stay. We reported this several times, yet nobody ever came to clean the room, change the sheets, replace the towels, or provide any housekeeping service whatsoever. To make matters worse, we filed formal complaints about all of these issues. We were told that complaints had to be submitted by email, which we did, but we never received any response. The complete lack of follow-up and customer service shows an astonishing level of unprofessionalism and disregard for guests. Considering the price they charge, this level of service is completely unacceptable. The hotel is poorly managed, fails to deliver what it promises, and shows little interest in resolving guest concerns. I would not recommend staying here.
