Excellent hotel for a stay in Berlin. The location at Potsdamer Platz, tucked away in a quiet side street, is ideal for exploring the city while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is very quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of high quality options, making it easy to find something for every taste. Throughout our stay, the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, and I would happily stay here again.
I stayed at Grand Hyatt Berlin, located at Potsdamer Platz, and had a wonderful experience. It is an excellent hotel in a fantastic location.
From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and a genuinely friendly attitude from the front desk staff. They made me feel welcome from the very beginning.
The rooms are beautifully designed and equipped with everything you need, making them a great choice even for a longer stay. I especially appreciated having the coffee supplies replenished every day, allowing me to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee each morning.
My room overlooked the hotel’s interior courtyard, which provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
I would also like to thank the housekeeping staff. They kept my room spotless throughout my stay, and their professionalism and positive attitude were greatly appreciated.
The location is another major advantage. The hotel is within walking distance of the Mall of Berlin, the theaters at Potsdamer Platz, many excellent restaurants and cafés, and Potsdamer Platz station, making it easy to explore the city.
The only suggestion I would make is regarding the TV system. The remote control had a noticeable delay between pressing a button and the TV responding, which made it frustrating to use. I was also unable to access the TV program guide. Additionally, every time I tried to enter the code to connect a streaming service, the code refreshed before I could complete the process, making it impossible to log in.
I would definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt Berlin again, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an elegant, comfortable, and well-located hotel in Berlin.
Super happy with the room and facilities.
The best part is Breakfast Staff Monalisa and Dyana, they were super nice, smiley, and have a very good service mind. They focus on guest very much if we need and thing. I will come back here again next month because of both of them
Stayed 2 nights. As a business traveler on vacation, I appreciate a great hotel room. These were spacious, clean, current ( not dated), well maintained, and most importantly, QUIET. I try to be super considerate in every hotel room, but the way the entry for to the room was constructed and insulated, I could have had a concert in there. The spa was fantastic as well. Location was great, right off potsdamer Platz stops. Staff was courteous and attentive and had zero complaints. The hotel represents a staff that is tuned in and well run. 100% great job to the entire staff of the Grand Hyatt Berlin
Truly beautiful hotel. Very impressive breakfast buffet spread and attentive service. Room was exceptionally clean, and there was care evident in every detail of the daily housekeeping service. Front desk staff was always present, friendly, and professional. Sarah at the front desk was very kind and warm. This is the kind of hotel that reinforces your loyalty to the Hyatt brand.
