Stayed as part of a hockey team from Scotland. Friendly welcome from reception staff, we had room Room 1403. Clean and spacious room, comfy beds. Good breakfast, plenty of choice. Luvly staff, Abele in the bar always welcoming and friendly, we enjoyed a wine and savoury nuts, either sitting in spacious outside area or inside. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay :) :)
It's decent in everything but nothing special besides breakfast, which is really good. The hotel is give. Parking is 28 euro night.
We stayed here for 5 nights while attending a hockey tournament in Potsdam. The rooms were airy and light and very quiet even with a road next to our side of the hotel. The room was serviced each day. Fantastic facilities and as others have mentioned a superb breakfast with such a large variety of food. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bar staff were also very busy, but still friendly and fun. Our only issue is the 28 euro parking fee per day. 140 Euros for 5 days parking is shocking. This is far too expensive and I noted that most guests park their cars around the area and by the park opposite to save this high charge. We would return again, but park elsewhere.
We spent 2 nights at the Dorint Hotel Potsdam with our 2 grandsons (ages 7 and 4). We splurged and rented the large suite. It was fabulous! The staff brought in 2 roll-out beds. The breakfast was superb and a real treat for the kids. The swimming pool is large and clean (though no shallow end) and not crowded. The hotel is very welcoming to kids with 2 foosball tables, a bin with toys and books, a kid-height table with high-quality colored pencils and coloring sheets. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The very highest recommendation!
Comfortable room and bed. Clean and in good state. Good body and hair shampoos. The toilet had some calc marks that gave an impression of ‘old and dirty’ but it was clean. I would have expected also slippers in a 4 Start hotel.
