Absolutely breathtaking hotel. Perfect location. Stayed for 3 nights - only wish I could've stayed longer! We booked the Superior Double Room and it was fantastic, so spacious and clean. Great service at the reception and bar. Felt super safe with the courtyard being accessible only by keycard at night. Absolutely perfect hotel. 10/10 would definitley stay again!
Fantastic place with excellent service. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I absolutely loved the industrial-brutalist interior design, which gives the hotel a unique character. The breakfast was outstanding, everything was spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Even though our room faced the street, it was surprisingly quiet. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place. Thank you.
I had one of the most distressing hotel experiences I have ever had. During my first night, I woke up with multiple bites and developed a severe allergic skin reaction. After waking up, I found what appeared to be a bedbug on the bed, photographed it, and immediately reported the incident to the reception. Instead of getting a night’s sleep before an important business day, I spent hours in the middle of the night dealing with the situation, inspecting my belongings, changing rooms, and worrying about bringing bed bugs home with me. The stress continued long after I left the hotel, as I had to inspect and treat all of my luggage and clothing after returning home. To the hotel’s credit, the reception staff were polite, moved me to another room, and the hotel refunded the full cost of both nights after I reported the incident. I appreciate that they took my complaint seriously. I sincerely hope the room has since undergone a professional pest inspection so that no future guest has to go through the same experience.
We stayed for five nights for a work related trip and the hotel is great. The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and quite, and the breakfast is good. The location is great, with multiple U-Bahn stations within a few minutes from the hotel, and the S-Bahn is less than 10 minutes away. The staff was amazing - we had some minor special requests, and they helped us with everything we needed. I will be happy to stay here again.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around the city. The customer service was outstanding throughout my stay — the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide selection of quality options. The hotel itself was calm and peaceful, and I felt safe and comfortable at all times. Everything worked exactly as it should, making the stay smooth and stress-free. A special mention for the small gym area: the sauna. The sauna may be small, but it gets properly hot — a great bonus after a long day. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
