Adina Apartment Hotel Berlin Hackescher Markt

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. Worth booking on that alone. I was in the one bedroom apartment, and the layout was great. Spacious and had everything you need-including a dishwasher and washing machine! Cooling worked really well, and the ability to open windows was a bonus. Furnishings were a little tired, but it still looks pretty nice and was a comfy space to be in. The bed though definitely needs replacing, that mattress is done!! Cleanliness was ok. Could live with it, but ideally would have been a little higher. I found a pile of hair in the bathroom on one of the shelves, like someone had cleaned a hairbrush, and the floor in general just seemed like it had a quick once-over with a weak vacuum. It wasn’t terrible by any means, the bedding was all very clean and most of the surfaces were dust free - it just felt like it needed another ten minutes on it. Gave everything a wipe down myself, and ran all the dishes through the dishwasher, and it was ok from there. I have dust allergies, and they weren’t particularly aggravated or anything like that. Worth noting that I’m a bit fussy in this regard! The staff here were nice, friendly and helpful if you needed anything. They can hold your bags too on check-in/check-out day which is super helpful. Overall I’d recommend it, if you’re getting a good price. It’s nice to have the space of an apartment, it is clean enough, and the location is great.

A lovely stay in this apartment hotel at Hackescher Markt. It is very close to the railway station serving both the S bahn and U bahn and there is a direct line from Berlin Willy Brandt Airport. The Hotel is modern and very clean. The air conditioning and fridge in the apartment was very welcome during warm weather. Most places of interest in the East are walkable from the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Adina - our second time. The apartment we had was amazing - thank you to Fran, the wonderful reservations manager, for guiding us to a special apartment. He is an incredible asset to the hotel with a special client services professionalism - even giving me warm milk and honey when my husband was sick! The little touches elevate the hotel above others. Location and all staff fantastic. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here end of June 2026. My husband and I had an amazingly experience with this hotel. They booked our reservation very last minute (past midnight) as we had gotten the dates wrong with our reservation at another hotel. The night staff, Johnathan, went above and beyond to help myself and another family who were in need. The garage button is dumb and needs a sign on it because it just looks like a flat metal square surface, but John was kind enough to come out and help when we got stuck at the gate. The hotel staff were tremendously polite when we made the mistake of thinking our check out date was the next day and ended up checking out nearly 4 hours late as we had been out exploring the city. We came in very late several nights and Jonathan was friendly and polite each time. They did a raffle and we won a free coffee which was a nice bonus. The rooms were great, all the basics you could need/want including air conditioner and lots of space. Well lit bathrooms for doing makeup. I'm extremely grateful that thanks to Jonathan our trip was saved as we had called 10+ hotels who were booked out before he was able to help us. I would come back purely for the outstanding service, but everything else was also great and we were not left wanting.
