This is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed at in every respect—cleanliness, service, and the conduct of the staff and managers. I wish I could remember their names; I will never forget how, on the day I left, one of the managers came after me to see me off right up to the very last moment. ❤️ Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Had dinner here in a party. Nice localisation, cozy and looks good. Food is of good taste, but portions are way too small, had to go get second dinner somewherw else. Their downfall is the service. Confussion in orderw, and drinks took ages to order and get. The wines on glass are subpar. Would not recommend taking your psrrt here for dinnerservice.

I liked the hotel's decor and location, but the breakfast service made me feel like they weren't very attentive to Asian guests (we stayed there for several nights). The staff seemed irritated when trying to find us a table. Because I have back problems, I asked to sit on the sofa, but they refused. One incident that I found particularly rude was when they said they were going to get us a table on the sofa and made us wait. When it was almost ready, they invited other guests who arrived later to sit there instead, and gave us a table in the furthest corner. On our last day, before check-out, we had breakfast very early and there were only two tables occupied, yet the staff still looked very hesitant to find us a table. I had to ask if the sofa was reserved and if we could sit there, as we only had 20 minutes to eat before leaving. Only then did they let us sit, saying it wasn't reserved! I can honestly say I didn't even use the breakfast service I was supposed to receive every day because I felt uncomfortable with the experience. Next time I'm in this city, I'll try staying at a different hotel that treats its guests better. But I must commend the housekeeping staff here on the cleanliness. They took excellent care of the room. And thank you to the front desk staff for booking a taxi for us to the airport.
