We had an incredible 2 night stay here as part of a family reunion cum celebration, occupying all the rooms. The staff meticulously found out the meal choices and memorised names, faces and room numbers so that you only had to sit down and your particular selection for that meal would be put in front of you. The property and rooms were maintained extremely well and the staff incredibly helpful. Two incidents just this morning showed me the level of service and hospitality. Although we had all pre-selected our menu choice, my cousin inquired if she could have her kiribath with fish curry, instead of the beef. Though she was told the beef curry had been made already, nonetheless, they brought her the fish curry. Another member of our group was a little unwell and a staff member promptly made a shooter of herbs, that would help settle the issue. Hospitality at its finest at Nyne hotels. Thank you.

Nice rooms, beautiful garden (next to rail way). very attentive and quite frindly staff. Prices of the restaurant were quite high (e.g. chicken curry 30 USD) and it was served cold.

We would like to sincerely thank the entire team for taking such wonderful care of us throughout our stay. The service was consistently outstanding — attentive, warm, and genuinely caring at every moment. We stayed in a room in the main building, which was very spacious and came with a beautiful bathroom. We also loved the hotel’s style and its boutique-sized atmosphere — both were absolutely convincing and made the experience feel personal and special. At breakfast, we highly recommend trying the Sri Lankan breakfast. It was truly the best curry we had during our entire trip. I want to emphasize once again how exceptionally attentive and dedicated the service staff is. The on-site management is doing a phenomenal job. My wife also had a massage and still talks about it today — every dollar was absolutely worth it and well justified. A small tip for future guests: when arriving, don’t be put off by the road leading to the hotel. It’s a public road, and anyone who knows the country’s roads will understand the condition. Once you arrive, you’ll find an exceptionally pleasant atmosphere. The open design and the garden are simply lovely. We originally planned to stay only two nights, but luckily we weren’t happy with our previous hotel and arrived earlier — which allowed us to enjoy four days of this hotel’s warmth and hospitality. If there were more than five stars, we would gladly give them — and the staff truly deserves at least ten.

A calm and luxurious small resort with a beautiful beach view. It is a warm and homely place where you can truly relax and enjoy peaceful days by the sea. The tranquil atmosphere makes it perfect for unwinding and spending quality time away from the busy world.
