⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A beautiful beachside stay with excellent service! I had a wonderful stay at EKHO Surf Bentota. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beautiful Bentota beach, with stunning ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The beach is just a few steps away, which made the experience even better. What really stood out was the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. The food was also delicious, with a good variety of options. The sunset views from the hotel and beach were unforgettable. 🌅 The whole atmosphere was perfect for relaxing and enjoying Sri Lanka’s beautiful southern coast. Overall, EKHO Surf Bentota is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful beachfront hotel with great service, a relaxing atmosphere, and an amazing location. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a beautiful beachfront location with amazing ocean views and a large garden. Unfortunately, the room, especially the bathroom, was very disappointing. Very old and decadent with visible corrosion stains and marks on the door curtains and towels. The room was extremely humid and all our clothes got wet due to that. The restaurant service also needs improvement. During both dinner and breakfast, drinking water was not served unless we asked for it. We had to remind the staff several times before water was brought to the table. Food quality also needs to be improved. Overall, the hotel's location, beach and gardens are excellent. However, the room maintenance and restaurant service require significant improvement to meet the standards expected of a hotel in this category.

There was an excellent variety of dishes to suit every taste, and every meal we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Most importantly, the hospitality was truly outstanding. Every member of the staff welcomed us with genuine smiles, warmth, and professionalism. Their friendliness and willingness to help made us feel valued throughout our stay. This hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, luxury, breathtaking views, delicious food, and exceptional service. We had an amazing stay at Eco Surf Bentota from June 12th to 14th. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect and truly felt like a luxury getaway. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and exceptionally clean. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, providing outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. The food was delicious and well-prepared. Although the variety of dishes was somewhat limited, the quality and taste were excellent, and we enjoyed every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Eco Surf Bentota to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape. We look forward to visiting again!
