Spectacular Catamaran Trip To Ile Aux Cerf With Lunch & Transfer

A very nice catamaran trip! The guys on the catamaran were very friendly! Everything was great! A very good choice! Includes a transfer from the hotel to the port, too!

My wife and I had a great time on this cruise, the crew were great fun and they made it a really entertaining day

Well it started when our driver, mangesh picked us up. He was right on time had a nice clean car with water and air conditioner. Knew exactly where to take us had some small talk with him. Made for a pleasant trip when he parked car he walked us down to pier and got our tickets for caterman. Could ask for anything else from him. Then our little boat took to caterman Music was on drinks where flowing fun time cakes to eat friendly crew made sure you always had a drink lunch on board was good chicken fish and three different salads basic food but hit the spot filled us up. The island was good plenty water sports but had to pay extra then back home our driver waiting for us drove us home safely long day but enjoyable our driver was mangesh very good

If you are looking for a true snorkelling trip, this isn’t it. They have us 10 minutes in the water which ended up being more like 20, but there no fish unless they guys from the boat threw food into the water, but as soon as they stopped. The fish also went away. The boat is not big and there seemed to be too many people and not enough room for everyone, o basically had a family sitting on me the entire time. Food was ok, cups seemed to be a little sticky so that grossed me out as they didn’t seem clean Crew was really good and happy to get everyone whatever they needed. Highlight for me was seeing all the monkeys

Really good trip, we got picked up by Manav who was punctual and very kind! The team on board was very friendly and accommodating, we had a great lunch on board, the beach was beautiful and with plenty of water activities available. Well worth the price of the whole experience! Highly recommended for all!

While the package we booked mentioned that it included undersea walk, the staff at Catamaran wasn’t aware & asked for our tickets multiple times to check. When we started the trip they said undersea walk will be done at the lie aux Cerf , on reaching there they said it will be done later when we finish the catamaran tour and on finishing the catamaran tour they said undersea walk is closed. We reached out to Viator who helped us get a partial refund but it is not the refund we were looking for as we really were looking forward to the activity. After this experience we felt that it is better to book only catamaran tour without any additional activities and do activities separately to avoid such an experience where one feels cheated.

The under sea walk was a nice experience, the staff friendy and helpful. We had chosen the catamaran and not a speedboat to enjoy more of the views but the constant loud music spoiled our experience. Is it a way not to guide at all? Staff on the boat did their own work and answered questions but didn't give any general information.

We did the undersea walk first, they were a bit behind but soon got us going the guys were helpful and we really enjoyed it. The catamaran was great fun with a real party atmosphere on board. My only complaint was the taxi driver was pressurising us to book him direct for more trips and insisted we go to a shop to earn him points but we had to stay for 15mins minimum. All in all it was a really fun day would recommend.

The trip was supposed to include Undersea Walk but neither driver or catamaran crew were aware of this. We didn't receive what we paid for. I am giving 2 stars because the catamaran crew were absolutely great.

The undersea walk took longer than expected and we were late getting to the rest of the event so we had missed the boat and it had gone without us. However they had stopped for a swim and the Dock crew sped us out to meet them in their speedboat. Full marks.

The catamaran is amazing with loads of drinks and fun. The people are in a party mood and the atmosphere is amazing. Great time and wonderful experience

Undersea walk was good, but driver picked up the wrong guests from the hotel to leave for that, not us! So we were left hanging around for 45 minutes at the hotel reception and were late getting there. ( the tour advertised leaving at 0815, but had a message moving it to 0845. This meant our catamaran trip to the island, had left when we got to the Dock. Had to wait over 90 minutes to eventually get on the boat we booked... very disappointed as was no way our fault. We asked to postpone that part of the trip because of this to another day, but we're told if we did that we would need to pay again. Not great customer service and very disappointing having paid for a 7 to 8 hour experience. We actually got on the catamaran around 12.30 and we're dropped back at 4pm... not what we expected and paid for. We have used viator in the past with no problem, but this tour operator is not reliable, so my best advice is dontbook this trip, as they cannot accommodate what is named on this tour description. It was not spectacular and by the time we had wasted 90 minutes sat waiting, we were understandably angry and feel cheated by this trip

Disappointing, great transfers and under walk experience but over loaded catamaran trip and lack of communication. Guides do try to accommodate everyone but difficult when numbers too high. Dropped at island with no ides of how long and when to be collected, boat 1,5 hours late - apparently a boat broke down - numbers very high, felt safety was compromised.

We try the undersea walk activities for the first time and it was an amazing experience seeing plenty of fish. We had so much fun in the catamaran, especially the crew raj. Great day with amazing people, good music, good food and our driver keshav again which we really appreciate his effort to make us reach on time.

Pick-up from the hotel was more or less ontime... there had been a little confusion with some other guests who were booked with the same company but going on a different tour at the same time as ours. This held us up. But nothing that ruined the day. As we were staying at the Southern part of the Island and the tour operating from the East, the journey was around an hour before the first part of itinery started. Inititially there was a little bit of confusion with what we were going to be doing first. After the driver spoke to someone we headed to the underwater walking area. We were the first guests of the day so it took a little while as they set everything up and we headed over on a boat. It was a very different experience, but one i was glad to do. The guide under the water gave over some food to hold out for the fish to eat from your hand... that lasted a few seconds as the sensation was a weird one! After this we headed back to the speedboat departure area that took us across to the island. Again, there was some waiting around at this point with not much information as to how long or which boat would be ours. Eventually more guests who had been to other parts of a tour showed up and we got on pur way. Our driver said the waiting around is common and he had fed this back to the tour oporator as well. If they could better join up the times for this part, it could be a more slick and seemless day out. As it was good weather by this point too, it would have meant a longer time to enjoy being over on the island. Anyway, once on our way and over on the island we had around an hour to explore / relax before joining the catamaran. The island has some great beach areas with plenty of space, plus a bar, restaurant and toilet facilities. The catamaran was ofcourse the highlight. The crew onboard were attentive at making sure everyone had a drink before we even set sail. I would say it was fully booked on our tour, but with the good weather, most people chose to lay out on the outside and enjoyed the sun and scenary. The food was good. As a vegan i actually managed to even have a decent plateful with salad, rice and pasta all being available. Extra meat such as the chicken, tuna and sausages and anything else left was also encouraged by the crew to be used up. There was a little waterfall excursion mid-way through and then there was time to get into the sea. As it was a hot sunny day, practically everyone took advantage of this. Although if you preferred to stay onboard with a drink, that was no problem too. After about 2 hours on the catamaran you head back to the main island where our driver was waiting within a couple of minutes to take us back to the hotel. All in all a great day out. Some piecing together of the times a little more or a more set out itinery could make the trip even better, but perhaps theres just a reason this cant be done. Remember to take your towel, swimwear and suncreams 👍

Absolutely brilliant trip from Start to finish. Under water walk and catamaran trip were superb, and our driver Daren was so helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this trip.

It says the maximum capacity of the trip is 15, this is not true. We were 25 on the boat - you can imagine how comfortable it was. The catamaran had an extremely powerful hifi system with subwofer; and felt like the it was important for the crew to listen to the music always extremely loud! Asked the the put the volume down a bit cause it was extremely disturbing - it took for a minute only. Yes, they took us to the waterfall, yes, we were sailing a bit, and yes, they took us to the white sandy beach. The food was ok, I can not complain, and we got complimentary drinks as well. During the crew was smoking a special cigarette (I guess it was weed) which was not very sympathic! Overall we saw the places the were promissed, but we were on a crowded catamaran with extremely loud music and felt like we were only the 25 tourist among the hundred ones that they take to the same place every month.

The catamaran trip was great with a good vibe, music, food. Everything was well organized. our driver Keshav guide us to the catamaran. We had a great time snorkeling and the undersea walk activities was awesome. We saw lot of fish and the children did have a good time.

You would not like my review totally awful service no health safety did not get to do all activities

The catamaran trip was very nice, good music, good food, fun staff although a bit unorganized at the start getting people onto the sailing boats. after that we had a great time even if the boat was a bit crowded and I would rate this 5 stars. However once we landed onto the island things went down hill, not only did we not get back onto the catamaran as we though we would like the other guests that had book just the sailing tour. we only had 1 h on the island instead of 2 like they did. The location that we had been told we would arrive to on the island and then have to walk to another spot to be picked up by a speed boat was wrong as we arrived on the other side of the island than what they mentioned, this already used up 20 min to find our pickup spot.We were told to be there at 14.00 and at 14.30 the boat was still not there when it arrived we then Had to wait another 15 mins in the scorching sun before the boat left at around 14.45. We then got dropped off and had to take a car transfer to the place we were going to do the walk. Once we got there the staff seemed to just be waiting for us to do the activity and go home. we were in the water doing the underwater walk for MAX 4 minutes it was the most rushed experience ever. the guide then took my go pro to take pictures and obviously had never used a go pro before, as it was in video mode and he kept pressing the photo trigger thinking he was taking pictures therefore a result with 1..2..3 second videos instead, completely useless trying to tell him this under water was a mission and he was just doing signs as he wanted tips for these good photos that were definitely not photos. Every time I tried to get the camera back from him he was telling me to use both hands to hold the Under water helmet. This led to not even getting any pictures. He gave us food to feed the fish which was the only highlight that lasted about 20 seconds. Upon surfacing we were rushed of the raft and dropped back to the beach where all the staff pretty much left running home. My point is this hole underwater walk was super expensive and a total waste of money. if I had know this I would of paid half the price and just stick to the sailing and snorkeling which would of been a great afternoon as the morning part was super. and not waste the hole afternoon to go do a 4 min underwater walk. Don’t do the underwater walk here I strongly advise against it.

The catermeran trip and crew were fantastic, really look after you, and very friendly. Beautiful trip out to the island which is stunning. The waterfall is a quick turn around but we saw bats and monkeys along the river which great. Delish bbq with ample food and drinks. The undersea walk was a strange experience, max 8 -10 minutes under the water walking in a small circle one person behind the other..you get to feed the fish which was the best bit, but think this part is not worth the money, hence eating 4 not 5. Overall we had a fantastic day.

It was a magnificent catamaran excursion! Although there were a few too many people on board, it hardly affected the great experience. The entire crew was extremely friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The food on board was also very delicious and exceeded our expectations. However, we would like to give a very special compliment to Radhika. She picked us up from the hotel on time and gave us a lot of interesting information about Mauritius during the drive. Since we had to leave very early, she even stopped at a café especially for us so that we could get breakfast with coffee and croissants – a truly thoughtful gesture. On the return trip, she also took excellent care of us and asked if we would like to make another stop, for example at a supermarket. Radhika is an excellent and very safe driver, knows the roads perfectly, and talks about her country with a lot of knowledge and enthusiasm. We would book a tour with Radhika again at any time and can recommend her without reservation. Thank you very much for this unforgettable day!

A top-notch team. Simple but good and fresh meal.

Everything as described. Pleasant hike and everyone was very nice and helpful. We left from Rui Torquoise with the transfer included in the excursion. Waiting for us outside the accommodation was Sahil, a really nice and helpful guy who entertained us all the time with music and some chat. We then arrived at the port and made about an hour of crossing to Deer Island and along the way we saw turtles and dolphins. We visited the island, had lunch on a catamaran, visited the waterfalls and finally stopped for those who wanted to snork.

Wonderful trip to Mauritius at Hotel Maritim Resort & Spa Mauritius. Thanks to Kavita and Diya Doobory for their professionalism and hospitality. 2nd time in this beautiful hotel. We will return in 2026. Do not hesitate to contact them to enjoy this paradisiacal place.

We spent a very nice day with our driver Sahil he picked us up from the hotel all the way he explained us a lot about Mauritius and made us discover beautiful places. On the way back he did not hesitate to stop us and make a detour to discover sumptuous places for us to take photos. A big thank you to Sahil. We recommend it is really nice

Wonderful with newly renovated Hotel Napoleon Bonaparte in Ile Rousse in Corsica. Imagine living in a suite in an old castle. Lovely bed. Half board, food good and well cooked, lovely breakfast on the terrace, good three-course dinner every day. I come back a lot. The fault now is that the hotel scrapped the bookshelf where you could leave and find books and thrown them down the basement stairs! In addition, replaced the nice bar with horrible gaming table and scrapped the fine library and put in a loud gaming table. It pulls down the grade considerably. Go for culture, Langley, I think it suits the guests who travel with you there. And place bets in secluded corner far away so you avoid the noise.
