Terrible! Do not use! We arrived at the pickup location at exactly the time that the driver was supposed to pick us up from the airport and the driver was not there. We reached out via phone to the driver who said he was stuck in traffic but was clearly at home since there were people talking in the background. He claimed to be stuck in traffic and would be there in 15-20 minutes. He did not show up for an hour and when he arrived the driver was not the same driver as the picture contact that I was given which is extremely unsafe. Upon bringing up these concerns with Viator they found that there was no issue and did not issue even a partial refund. I would never use them again and hope no one else does as they left a terrible taste in our mouth to start our honeymoon trip in Mauritius.

TravelThru were much cheaper than the hotel taxi arrangement. They were on time, communicated well, and reliable.

My experience with TravelThru was great. Both transfers were good, fast, and safe! However, be sure to allow extra time for your airport pick up as immigration can take 2 hours in itself, and the drivers told me they are usually only supposed to wait for 1 hour past the landing time.

The organisation was great, we had fantastic reminders and emails and the driver turned up on time. The driver was friendly, however the drive itself was unpleasant - we felt quite unsafe with the speed and the nature of the overtaking on the roads (oncoming traffic and blind bends). We did have a precious transfer organised through Viator and it was great - nothing to fault at all. I’d recommend the company, but this particular driver I would not.

Overall, the driver who ended up taking us to our hotel, Abdul, was great. However, when we arrived we were greeted by someone who said they would arrange the car for us and to wait. 15 minutes passed and we asked what was going on. He said he didn't have the number of the person to pick us up, as well as service or battery in his phone. Someone finally came like 45 minutes later and a company rep apologized and said he would "make it up to us", but we didn't hear from him after that.
