Lux Belle Mare

We had an excellent experience at lux belle mare. The east coast is beautiful with picturesque views and extremely peaceful. The lux belle mare is definitely the better option compared to sister hotels such as lux grand baie which is not as good as belle mare. The hospitality we received was fantastic, particular mention goes to Ravin for taking our concerns seriously and looking into it straight away with an immediate solution. Vashish for his excellent knowledge of local area, friendly and approachable manner, kindness and making our breakfast/dinner experience smooth. Dolores for her impeccable attention to detail and kindness during breakfast and dinner. Yash for his excellent smoothies! The buffet was outstanding quality. The kitchen staff and chefs were approachable and skilled, they were happy to make stuff on requests and take dietary requirements into close consideration. The only improvement we would suggest is during our initial tour - this could have been more thorough. There was some communication issues with things not fully explained or certain details were rushed however our overall experience was great and would highly recommend this hotel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have just completed an incredible 8-day stay at this stunning property, and we cannot say enough about the exceptional team that made every single moment so special. From the very first day, we felt truly looked after. Our butlers Rao, Benji, and their supervisor Suren went absolutely above and beyond at every turn — anticipating our needs before we even had to ask, always greeting us with warmth and genuine care, and ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. They are a credit to this hotel and to the hospitality profession. A special mention must also go to housekeeping's Rahul, whose attention to detail and friendly, cheerful presence made such a difference each and every day. Walking back to an immaculately presented room was always a joy, and that is entirely down to his dedication and pride in his work. But truly, every single member of the team we encountered throughout our stay was outstanding. The warmth, professionalism, and genuine desire to make guests feel at home was evident in every interaction — from the moment we arrived to our final farewell. The Smith family could not have felt more comfortable, more welcomed, or more cared for. This stay has been nothing short of memorable, and that is entirely thanks to the remarkable people who make this hotel what it is. We will absolutely be back, and we hope Rahul, Rao, Benji, Suren, and the entire team know just how much of a lasting impression they have made on us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Just came back from our family holiday at Lux Belle Mare and what can I say - this has been one of the most incredible hotels and experiances so far. Starting with a beautiful design, great layout and access to an amazing beach only two steps away, through most caring and attentive stuff members and highest quality food and drinks. Even at its busiest times, no quality or experiance was compromised. Loved every minute at the resort and already hoping to be back soon. We had an absolutely amazing stay at LUX* Belle Mare. The resort is beautiful, the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, and everything was perfectly maintained. What truly made our experience special was the exceptional service. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring — we felt welcome from the first moment until the last. The breakfast was outstanding with a huge variety of fresh, high-quality food and excellent coffee. Easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay. We would love to come back!
