Ambre Mauritius - Adults Only

My wife and I are sitting in the hotel lobby waiting for our taxi to the airport - holiday is over but will not be forgotten. We arrived early morning and were whole heartedly welcomed by Vanessa, Rose and Singh. A cooling towel and a delightful cocktail added to the welcome. The three of them explained our all inclusive in great detail and explained the transfer details to the golf island IL aux Cert. As our room wasn't available until 2 pm we were allowed to start with a good lunch in Indigo. The whole holiday was a delight especially through the friendliness of all the staff. You had 3 restaurants to choose from but needed to book quickly in the specialty restaurants. Three bars kept you well supplied with mauritian beer and a host of cocktails. Sandy beach, water sports and plenty of activities so you were never bored. The wide variety of foods and the very good quality kept us very content for the 10 days - thank you Chef Kelly. The service staff worked very hard to make sure you received everything you wanted and always with a smile. Raninj kept our room lovely and clean and nothing failed. We are already planning a return trip next year after the renovations are completed. Thank you all for a great holiday. PS - the golf course was also outstanding and well worth playing the five rounds.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Rose welcomed us and made sure everything was perfect until check out. We also met Baby, responsible for mini foot and volleyball who was equally amazing to us. The service of all the staffs was incredible, they kept checking on us throughout the whole stay. Special mention to Chef Jeebun who took great care of us, making us at ease on every interaction and even made a special dish for us. We felt very welcomed and at ease.

I had an amazing day at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and offered a relaxing atmosphere throughout the day. The pool area was beautiful, the surroundings were peaceful, and the food was delicious with a good variety of options. Everything was organized perfectly, making the experience enjoyable and stress-free. What stood out the most was the excellent customer service and attention to detail. The team made sure every guest felt comfortable and valued. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We had an amazing stay at the hotel, especially as we were here for our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making our stay even more special. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a Junior Superior Room. The food was absolutely fabulous! The hotel has three restaurants, and we truly enjoyed all three. The main restaurant, Indigo, offers a fantastic open buffet with a wide variety of choices, so there is something for everyone. The quality of the food was excellent, and the service was just as impressive. We also really enjoyed the boat and water activities offered by the hotel. The glass-bottom kayak was absolutely amazing and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. It was such a beautiful and relaxing experience to explore the lagoon and see the marine life underneath us. There were also several other boat activities to enjoy, making the stay even more fun and memorable. Overall, we had a wonderful honeymoon experience and could not have asked for a better stay. The beautiful surroundings, delicious food, amazing activities, and especially the warm and friendly staff made our experience truly unforgettable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable getaway, and we would happily come back again! ❤️
