Bus was fine, came on time and was a great way to get across the boarder. great price too, we will use it again.
Bus is an excellent cheap mode of getting from Belize city to Flores and staff are lovely. People should keep in mind that the bus will be absolutely jam-packed so is not super comfortable and the driving can be a little crazy at times.
Great. No whatsapp communication, but went smoothly without. Very reasonable. Border crossing was easy.
Decent bus good driver ! As a company you need to give better details on collecting your wristband for tge bus from the shop in the port a lot of people confused at tge port through booking online and missing buses Your meeting point should be more detailed too Tbh it was a problem because it makes travel more fun but for some people who are catching flights its probably not that x
The shuttle bus was fine but the border crossing is very slow. The bus was air conditioned and not over crowded compared to local buses.
I need to check in at Atlanta express at Belize water taxi. The bus was late like 1 hour but it’s South America. They stopped for break and ATM which is nice!
They did a good job getting everybody where they were going. The bus made multiple stops for places of interest.
This was a very long bus ride across Belize and Guatemala with stops along the way to pick up/drop off people. The bus has A/C with a seat for 2 on the left side and a single seat on the right side. First ones on get to pick the best seats. There’s an aisle between but a seat folds down to maximize seating so the bus can get really packed. This sucks for tall people with long legs. Avoid the seat in the row over the rear wheel well - less leg room. No bathroom stops. The only bathroom is at the border control on the Belize side, which is a 1 BZE dollar coin operated turn stile. BZE charges a $20 USD exit tax. When entering BZE for the first time you need to fill out a Visa Form.
Comfortable van for those that didn't have to sit in the small aisle seats. Good driver. Trip took 7 hours instead of the expected 5 hours.
Booking process and the app interface all worked smoothly. The fare was reasonable and we got to our destination on time.
Decent ride for price, friendly driver and helpful at the border where driver was waiting for us on other side. Bus didn’t look like one in photo so had some trouble finding it in Belize city and only found it last minute as they missed us in the ferry terminal.
good service. well organized and on time. transfer bus across the border and at tikal turn off seamless.
The trip started on time. The bus was clean. The driver drove carefully and was efficient. We had two stops for bathroom and snacks. We changed buses at the border and it went swiftly The air conditioner worked well. Overall it went well.
Very good considering the price. Left an hour late but a nice ride to the border and the bus in Guatemala was ready to go once we crossed the boarder. Not much signage for the border crossing but you can easily follow the crowd to get through. Make sure you have US or Belize dollars ready for the Belize exit fee (they don’t take card or accept Guatemalan cash).
The bus was small and crowded. Flip-down seats in the aisle. They nicely waited for people who were having connection problems due to late water taxis from the islands or having trouble crossing the border. Bathroom opportunity only at border.
Shuttle was a bit late to depart but worked out perfectly as the ferry from Caye Caulker was very late. Easy to find the group and got through the border crossing super quickly. Would take this shuttle again.
Left a hour late. Zero leg room on the Belize City to Guatemala boarder part. Shuttle on Guatemala side was ok.
Poorly organized, the exchange of vans at the border between Belize and Guatemala was chaotic. There was endless waiting and delay once you got on the van. The van was cramped and uncomfortable. The luggages were put on the roof of the van with no cover and it rained. It was truly a nightmare.
The meetup felt a tad confusing since passengers had tickets from different companies, but this wasn't an issue. The bus departed *almost* on time. Be sure to use the bathroom before you go because there is no chance to do so once the bus departs. Small, packed bus...but overall an OK/safe trip!
Shuttle service was easy to use and got us from San Ignacio to the border, then you walk across and they are waiting for you on the other side to take you to Flores. There is a long stop at a gas station when you are only 10 minutes away from Flores which is kind of annoying, would have preferred it to be around the halfway mark. Bus is comfortable enough but quite cramped if you get stuck sitting over the wheels
No obvious mark at the water texi terminal. You need to ask the travel agencies to find which is your bus. The bus is normal level. Tanspotation is smoothly.
Very good service all round. The office were extremely helpful with emails and helping to book. The driver was excellent and dropped us off at our hotel. Very trustworthy company- we will be booking with them again.
Comfortable bus with AC. Driver stopped in ATM location and waited for us to withdraw money from ATM. respectful staff
Bus left over 2hours late from Belize City. Arrival into Flores 6+hours later. Staff on the ground was helpful. ATM stop at a She outside of Flores helpful given the time. While one understands there will be lateness, 2+ hours isn't acceptable. Especially sitting in limbo in Belize City with very few options for food/drink.
It delayed the departure and consequently the arrival, but the sympathy and attention of the guatemalan driver overcame any problems that, anyway, were even considered common.
Purely connect the city of Belize to the city of Flores in Guatemala by bus, the boarding information is accurate, the car is air-cooled, there is a stop in the middle of the road, great!
The gentleman where the check in is quite rude, just screams and as he speaks English of the Indian it is difficult to understand the friendly Belizean driver, the Guatemalan much better, too many stops to drop off and/or pick up people along the way what makes the trip tedious
We booked this service to get to Flores from Belize city. The directions on the meeting point and departure time were clear. We left on time (indeed, maybe a little early) in a hurry and running to keep up with the escort. The journey to the Guatemalan border runs smoothly. Once we reach the border, they let us out of the bus and tell us that we would find their correspondent once we crossed the border on foot. They gave us absolutely no indication of what we should do but we still passed. That's where the trouble starts. Following other travelers in the same group, we find the correspondent waiting for us. Immediately it is clear to us that there will be confusion because some of the group were headed to Flores, others to Tikal. After asking us for a reservation and destination, and seeing that the two escorts continued to argue about who should get on or not, they let us get on another bus that left half an hour late. After a few meters, the driver goes back and tells us that the group headed to Flores had to get off. Once we get off, we are told that we must wait for other travelers to fill the vehicle. After almost two hours, we finally leave for Flores. We arrive about 3 hours late. The journey in all took almost 8 hours, not because of traffic or obstacles on the road but only because of the disorganization of the company. Fortunately there was an English lady who with her British humor made the experience less unpleasant.
Was perfectly fine, small bus, seats ok, unless you land on the fold-out seats in the aisle. Crossing the border without problems, you can pay the exit fee with the card. - Completely feasible with the family
