They messaged me a few days before to schedule my pickup time from Belize City to BZE. They booked me for an 11 am pickup. My driver met me in my hotel reception promptly at 10:59 am. We had a lovely chat on the way back to the airport. I was traveling solo and this was the most affordable and convenient option by far. Thank you!

The airport transfer experience was great! Our driver Cameron was very accommodating and friendly. Because of his driving and flexibility we were able to make our 1:30pm ferry on time. One person in our party arrived later than us so he offered to take us first and come back for our friend. We truly appreciate the level of professionalism and customer service provided. We will be definitely using this service for oue return back to the BZE airport
Our driver was very knowledgeable about Belize and answered all our questions. He was friendly and drove well. When we walked out of the airport, he was immediately there holding a sign with our names, which I appreciated and which made him easy to find. Also, since our flight was delayed, he tracked it and confirmed our expected arrival time.

Was okay. Driver didnt speak or say anything once in vehicle. The greeter at airport had more information for us. Be also careful to pick the correct shuttle for the correct water taxi. You will be left at one if not checking
This experience is how all airport transfers should be. Our driver was waiting for us out front just as he said he would. He quickly went to get the vehicle and got us to the ferry port safely. He gave us a bit of history on the island which was insightful. On the way back, he was waiting for us at the ferry exit and transported our luggage to the car. During our ride, he engaged with us about our overall trip. I really wish I could remember his name as he was fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone! I also hate that I didn’t have cash to tip him!
Our driver was wonderful! He sort of gave us a tour and some history on Belize on our drive from the airport to the ferry.

I was hesitant to choose a shuttle service because I was traveling by myself. But they were wonderful. They responded quickly to any questions I had and the driver was super nice. There was another family that was in the shuttle with me, but there was plenty of space. The driver was waiting for me right at the water taxi terminal and even helped me with all of my luggage. Super grateful! I will definitely use them again when I go back to Belize.
Chris met me at airport. My flight actually arrived 20 minutes early. So he came to airport early. However, taking me extra long to go through the immigration customs. Anyway, Chris patiently waited 40 minutes till I showed up! He also took me to the biggest ferry to ride the water taxi. Very thoughtful!
