I thought I knew the “Troubles”… not at all. This tour was so unbelievably eye opening. Ricky told us things I never knew and took us places that made me see everything in a new light. One of the most powerful experiences ever.

Booking is odd. When I had a question they cancelled the tour 2 hours prior to when we were to start. Refused to rebook as they were ‘busy’.
Really informative tour & host, Brendan, was absolutely fantastic & a real gentleman! Highly recommended!
Very informative and balanced trip over 2 hours. Good balance between background of history and live visits of venues. Would thoroughly recommend this trip, very enjoyable and enlightening.
Davy was excellent. Professional. Personable. He added his own personal experiences which were invaluable to the authetencity of the tour. It was nice that we could be picked up from the place we were staying!
What a great insight into the troubles of Belfast back in the 60s 70s 80s and 90s. Davvy our guide grew up in the area and shared his own personal experience.
My family and I had a wonderful tour during which we saw and learned so much. We’re very appreciative of James’ knowledge and explanations on Belfast history and the troubles.
This really was a superb tour and our tour guide Gerard was personable, outgoing, passionate and certainly knew his history and facts. The tour was also enhanced with little video clips and lots of pictures that certainly brought the stories to life. Given that your also taken to the key locations around the city I would highly recommend this tour - Thanks Gerard
A brilliant tour which really brought the history of Belfast to life -- Danny L was a great tour guide, friendly and knowledgable. Would recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience! Our tour guide Stevie was so informative and really made the tour! I would highly recommend this tour
I recently did a tour with Gerald which was great. Great communication prior to pick up. On the day he took me around and was very knowledgeable about the history of the places and he was wonderful taking some photos for me as I was by myself. I would recommend doing a tour with him and the tour is a must when visiting Belfast
This was a very interesting tour. We got an honest but unbiased look at what happened in Belfast in the past and what the situation is present day. It included many things I heard about on the news when I was younger but never really understood, like the hunger strike. The driver, Sean, presented a look from the viewpoint of each side so I could understand how each side had purposes they were trying to achieve, and in the end I understood that they both actually had a common purpose-- to be freed from suppression. The Protestants originally formed to have a bible and service in their own language rather than Latin, so they could understand for themselves what they were being told to believe, and the Catholics wanted to be able to worship their religion and live in the way they wanted to as well. It gives me hope that these two groups may understand each other and not only let each other live and be peacefully as they are to a better degree nowadays, but also maybe even help each other flourish and prosper some day. And then they will truly achieve what they were each aiming for.
