Like everyone, we found it a must do experience. Many trips are preceded by expectations that are not met in full. Titanic was really good, and met our high expectations. The museum does not look big from the outside but it does take 2 hours to go through the one way system. You can go at your own pace and we booked for the first slot of the day, and at no time did it feel crowded. It was a Wednesday morning in November which probably helped. Parking in Belfast can be tricky, but again, being early enabled us to go straight up from their underground car park which I would recommend using

The Experience covered everything about the titanic with such a great variety of presentations and activities. Not to be missed by anyone visiting Belfast. We loved it!
This museum is very good and informative. It starts with the local industry which existed in Belfast prior to Titanic being built and gradually feeds you through to the ship story itself. There is a short ride to sit on in order to take you through some shipbuilding processes then you continue on foot. Well worth a visit. Don’t miss the extra part of your ticket which allows you to see the SS Nomadic which sits beside the museum. This little boat has had quite a history. Also well worth seeing.
Found experience nice with lost to see. You need at least 2hrs.would say over crowding. Some stay helpful. Would have liked to.see more interactive as other places have more to do. Shop bit over cost
Excellent. Also there is a place to leave your luggage while you do the tour. Beyond expectation. Easy taxi access.
From the moment you enter you are greeted by lovely staff who are so knowledgeable & obviously very proud. It tells the story of the construction & working conditions. It then moves onto the ship & its journey making it feel like you are one of the passengers. Then a very touching tribute to the crew & passengers who died. A not to be missed experience in Belfast
Its easy to get to from Belfast centre, either walking, the purple G2 bus, or on the hoho bus. It has a great cafe, giftshop etc. It can get busy which makes reading some of the content difficult but at busy times the time slots work to manage numbers if visitors. We really liked the interactive elements, and we learnt so much, especially about the people who build Titanic and what life was like for them back then. Its an integral part of Belfasts history.
A must if in Belfast. Very busy when we visited. Interactive which makes it more interesting. Thought they would have had more items from the actual ship. The SS Normanic was also very interesting and I actually enjoyed this and learning about its life after the titanic / white star.
Such a beautiful but heartbreaking experience. It was fascinating learning about the Titanic and its history, but seeing the wall with all the names of those who lost their lives was especially emotional. A really moving experience and definitely worth a visit.
One of the best museums we've been to. While I was aware of the unfortunate end to the Titanic, I was totally unaware of the story regarding the building of the ship. It is a fine tribute to the the skills and hard work of those who built her. Well worth a visit if you are in Belfast.
The Titanic Experience was well laid out and the information was presented in such a good manner! Learned so much and would highly recommend for all ages.
Overall the experience is excellent with a mix of exhibition style and interactive information areas. The ship yard ride was a nice surprise and provides a welcome break from walking around. The fee was reasonable and we were there about 2.5 hours. We had our 8 year old with us and it was just long enough for her before she got bored and distracted. Personally, I wasn’t interested in the history of Belfast and linen mills etc. so the first part of the experience was interesting but not something I’d queue to go through again.
Really interesting! It gives you story from yhe very beginning to the very end. From the industrialisation of Belfast all the way to the aftermath of the sinking.
One of the best museums I have ever visited. The displays and exhibits were masterfully produced, relating the story of the Titanic in an informational and engaging way.
Very interesting and informative, the details given in the beginning about Belfast and its industrial history was really fascinating. The tour of the building of the Titanic was very detailed.
I've been wanting to visit the Titanic Experience for years and finally making it was a memorable experience. We had a great day out at this fascinating place. Such an interesting, well thought out experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was super busy, even on a week day, so allow plenty of time for queuing etc. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Belfast.
Great tour very interesting. Booked taxi from centre waiting 1hr kept telling us it was. 5 to7 min.away ended up leaving , spoiled our evening, get rid of taxi Company lots of people waiting very bad service
one of the best museums around
We decided to go first thing in the morning to avoid the queues. Well let's just say that obviously is never the case it was busy and we couldn't get close to any of the exhibitions. We have up after about 30 minutes. It seems like they don't limit the amount of people they let in at a time. It really was just a waste of money we came away very disappointed. We decided to get a coffee at the cafe on the way out let's just say the tables were not cleared there was rubbish on the floor. I had to clean the table and floor myself before my family could even sit down.
While the exhibits were well designed and really gave an impression of what it took to build the Titanic, what life was like on board with samples of cabins, and what went wrong, I was disappointed. The reason is that, due to some delay in opening, there were way too many people in the queue admitted at the same time. This meant that with this large number of people in at the same time, you could not get to some of the exhibits or spend as much time as you'd like. I waited 10 minutes at the telegraph exhibit but one person was using it the entire time so I gave up. I am also glad I did not use the scooter for those with mobility issues as I never could have navigated it through all these people. However, this meant by the time I got to the end of the exhibit, I could barely walk and skipped the tour of the Normandie that I had paid for. And I could not find an elevator to get me down the last set of steps so was in bad shape by the time I finished. And then I get back to the United States and find that the pair of earrings I had purchased had not been put into the bag with the rest of my purchases. I remember he had wrapped them separate so they wouldn't get damaged but must have forgotten to put them in the bag.
This is my 4th time being in the museum and have to say it is still brilliant as i love the history of the Titanic. I will highly recommend it.
Exhibition was good but overcrowded which meant it was hard to see each Exhibit. At a couple of points crew members apologised for "bottle necks" where tou were stood waiting to move to next hall. Cable car is good experience for kids.
Amazing museum and well worth a visit.
There's loads to read, so I would allow at least 3 hours to get the most out of this visit (and probably easier without kids).
It is a very busy museum so bear that in mind but it is absolutely brilliant. Educational, at times very sobering and interactive. Really worth a visit.
This is a must see attraction. So interactive and it leaves you truly moved by the experience.
Lots of fascinating information.
Great adventure! Well worth time and money
Fantastic day out- visited on a Saturday so was a bit busier than we would of liked But the whole experience was fantastic, very informative. Price was well value for money- if your in Belfast it is defiantly worth a visit. We didn’t have a guide- but there was a worker- he was a gentleman with curly hair/ think his name was Justin- he was absolutely fabulous providing us with so much information, was friendly and was like a titanic encyclopaedia. Thanks so much for an amazing time!! We will be visiting again soon!!
ABSOLUTELY FASCINATING! Allow enough time to see it all. The background history at the beginning gives good information but the exhibits towards the end are amazing. The ride experience gives a good interactive experience, but I wouldn't do it if the wait time is huge or you're short on time.
Have always wanted to visit the Titanic experience. While it was very enjoyable it was different than I expected. It would of been great if there were rooms such as the ballroom for first class travelers to give visitors an idea of what being a first like passenger was like and the same for the other classes. There was replicas of bedrooms but none that you could walk around and really explore.
Had a good experience there, price was ok for the entire tour, took us an 1hr to 1hr+1/2, nice atmosphere, went in at 11am so crowd was small which I preferred, very crowded and long ques when we were finishing, staff were very friendly and helpful, tour would suit all ages, nice bar next door ( family atmosphere)so had a pint to rehydrate afterwards, pint 10/10.
Great all round experience, came across one of workers twice named justin, very friendly and told us lots about the ship
Really enjoyed our visit to Titanic Belfast on Thursday. Had the pleasure of talking to Harry who was particularly helpful and friendly, took the time to chat and made the experience even better. Great experience all round!
Incredible museum. Can not fault. Extremely engaging and informative Very creative in the way it’s presented - do not miss
Very moving Great history/ background to the titanic Well laid out
Really enjoyed this museum. Very engaging and interesting.
I had visited several Titanic exhibits in the US and St. John's, Newfoundland. So I know how it ended. Visiting this museum brought me full circle to the beginning. With the newspaper articles of the day and pictures, I could almost feel the excitement that the people of Belfast must have felt while this ship was being built. Your tour starts on the top floor and you work your way down. Kind of symbolic of the actual sinking.
This is an absolute must do on a visit to Belfast. Fabulous museum which didn’t just concentrate on the Titanic but the history of Belfast and surrounding areas prior to the start of the ship building. The museum goes into great detail on all areas and is hugely informative. Would definitely recommend.
Took our grandson who loved the Titanic film. We all enjoyed the museum which was fantastic and we also toured the SS Nomadic. Well worth the trip to Belfast
This experience was above and beyond our expectations. It was thoroughly moving and entertaining. We enjoyed every minute!
we enjoyed the museum found it v interesting and the ride around was a nice touch similar idea to Jorvik Viking centre in England
Tastfully done. Solumn. Educational. Lots of information. You should be prepared to spend a lot of time there.
Amazing, moving a must!! Id recommend this to every visitor to Belfast.
A nice to do in Belfast. Learned new things and saw a full history of the Titanic from its creation to its end. A beautiful building and some interactive experiences. Also appreciated the opportunity to go on the SS Nomadic.
Wasn’t what we expected. Probably missed a lot of the displays because of the many paths to take. Got better as we went up.
So much information and personal stories. Made you feel as if you were part of the people’s journey. Wonderful little tidbits throughout. You will go away with new information no matter how much you have followed the story.
This was a great experience. My grandson loved it. He knew a lot about titanic but found out much more 😊
Well worth a visit when in Belfast. More than just the history of a ship it tells the history of the shipbuilding industry in the city. Really interesting.
Very informative and worthwhile visit
