Ricky was terrific as our guide and just a very nice man! He went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed the tour.

We booked this tour but couldn’t contact the provider. We called and texted the provider multiple times while we are waiting for the van for pickup, no response.

JJ was a great guide and driver. Stopped at the Titanic museum to check out the building and pointed out the length of the ship. Our first stop at Dark Hedges we were the only ones there. At the rope bridge 3 of the 6 went down to cross and very few people and we had the bridge to ourselves. At Giants Causeway he parked very close to the entrance as we had a member of our party who has some mobility issues. He was opening and closing the door for her. We can't express enough what a great time the six of us had. We are so glad we booked this private tour.

When Martin arrived at the hotel in the morning, he asked us what we wanted to see. We told him to show us things that he liked. He proceeded to teach us more history in the next few hours than we had learned in all of our family history research. Although the Giants’ Causeway was a long drive away, Martin found the time to bring us by the Troubles wall and inform us on the tensions that continue today. Every stop along the way, he lifted me out of the van and secured me in my wheelchair. He helped me push along steep paths to awesome viewing spots. He even bought the three of us ice cream from a local dairy. Absolutely top class guy 👏

We booked this day trip and was so excited to go to Belfast. We got notice from our ship captain the morning before we were to arrive that we would not be stopping at Belfast due to the high winds. I immediately called Viator, then I was messaging and emailing them. They refused to give us our money back as they said I cancelled the day of the tour, although I sent the email from them stating the exact date and time I contacted by email and it was the day before at 10:40am. I then get a email stating that it was within 12 hours of the trip which would have been after 10PM, again my email shows 10:40AM. They do not care about their customers and we booked several day trips with them all over Amsterdam, Ireland, Iceland and Scotland. The company located in Ireland was RD Chauffeur Services.. Beware of VIATOR and RD Chauffeur Services out of Ireland!!!! It was a disappoint to miss Belfast but to be out over $800.00 for a tour we did not get to do and documentation from the captain of the ship and email log showing the time of the email from viator is heartbreaking. Sad to see a company like VIATOR & RD Chauffeur Services treat their customers like that. VIATOR you should be ashamed of yourself especially when we have spent over $10,000.00 with you this year!!!!

Spectacular tour. Well worth the price. The sites were amazing, the guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. It takes you out from Belfast City to places that feel like you're in a fairytale.

This was one of the most breathtaking tours my wife and I have taken in a long time. It is a must do excursion. You are missing out if you don’t take this tour. Our guide Ricky was great and very knowledgable.

Thomas and James were excellent in thinking of every detail to make our trip delightful! We had 11 in our party with two required wheelchairs and these guys were very accommodating! The Nok restaurant at the Giant Causeway was a definitely bonus!

Ricky was nothing short of amazing. We did three transports including two airport transfers and a tour day including Dark Hedges,Dunluce Castle, Giants Causeway, Cerrifurgus Castle finally Old Bushmills distillery. He was an excellent guide providing commentary along the way which we appreciated. On a personal note my son was jumped the night before and was too injured to come with us and Ricky helped me search the alley for his wallet and also helped us get a refund from Old Bushmills. He went above and beyond. Exactly the kind of person you want when you are in a foreign country. He also went out of his way to insure my older parents minimized their walking which again was appreciated. I highly recommend his services.

Communication with the company was excellent. We started planning our trip months in advance. Prior to arrival, our driver, Dessie, was assigned. What a pleasant and lovely gentleman. He took us up to the Dark Hedges, the rope bridge, Giant's Causeway, got a glimpse of the castle, and then back to the hotel. We had him booked the following day to drive us quite a distance into Ireland. He's full of information, and we really enjoyed our time. His information on Belfast (including a drive around and discussion of the city and its people) was fascinating.

RD Chauffeur services is an amazing find, and I think quite reasonable! SO glad we used them! What a terrific day trip! Ricky showed up right on time, and we set off on our private (6 in our group) tour of Northern Ireland. We had plenty of time at each stop, and we weren’t limited by tour bus schedules. We even had a relaxing and delicious lunch at The Nook at the Giant’s Causeway. It was a spectacular day, filled with very personalized service. Ricky is incredibly professional and personable. He is fun, easy to get along with and full of knowledge and interesting facts! I would definitely use this service again!

Thomas was absolutely wonderful! He took great care of us, was extremely knowledgeable, and made the day so much fun! We all agreed that this was our favorite day of our two week trip all around the British Isles! He took us places you can’t get to with a large tour and tailored the day based on our interests. I can’t recommend this enough. We will absolutely use them again if we are back in Ireland! I would give more than five stars if I could! Thanks Thomas!

The private tour to sites in Northern Ireland with Tony was definitely well worth the money! We were able to visit a lot more places than expected, including multiple locations that tour buses can't go. We even went to a few off the beaten path places, including some caves and a waterfall. They even accommodated a tour we scheduled with Bushmills Distillery during the day. We learned a lot about Irish culture from our tour guide Tony too!

Ricky looked after our family of 7 (age 12-80!) all week, from efficient, luxurious pick up/return to the airport to fabulous, informative tours of Belfast and the North Antrim Coast. The service was slick, informative and professional but even better, Ricky is a personable and caring host. We loved his stories and his humour and he made all the difference to our holiday. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We loved this tour! Our guide Ryan was fun, interesting, and really helpful; I particularly appreciated his care and concern for my father who was having knee trouble. You could tell Ryan was proud to share his country and hometown through the enthusiastic way he told stories and how he wanted to share various points along the way. We had a great day with various scenic viewpoints you can't access if you are on a big bus tour. Our vehicle was nice, clean, and comfortable. We were on a cruise ship with unusual port times (1:00pm to 10:00pm), and he adapted our itinerary to our preferences and point of interest opening hours. We went to a lovely seaside town (Ballycastle) where he recommended a delicious fish and chips place and ice cream for dessert. The rope bridge was really cool but keep in mind that there is quite a decent walk to get to it (20 min each way), so plan accordingly. Once back in Belfast, we had a brief driving tour of points of interest which was not a part of the original itinerary but he was able to accommodate us since we had "spare" time before we had to leave. I particularly liked how we could adapt the schedule to allow for more/less time at places.

The six of us entered the Mercedes and were introduced to probably the most matter-of-fact and genuine bloke you could ever meet. He helped us immensely with his knowledge of the locations we visited, including how to do a whisky tasting at Bushmills Distillery without paying the entrance fee! The suggested lunch spot didnt have many gluten free options, when a couple of us in the group are coeliac. We asked if we could go to a lunch spot in Bushmills town and he said it wasn’t a problem and took us there instead. These are the sorts of things that make a tour elite, when it’s completely stressless and we have the freedom to make little changes that won’t affect the trip all that much. Thomas took us to carrick-a-rede rope bridge, balintoy harbour, giant’s causeway, Old Bushmill’s Distillery, Dunluce Castle AND Dark Hedges. At each place we requested to visit, he would patiently wait for us and help us into the minivan. We set off at 9am outside the Europa Hotel where we were staying and made it back to the hotel by 18:15pm. When we described the day we had to other tourists we spoke to their jaws dropped. The coaches never do this amount of things in a day, and you can never be settled because of the ‘meeting times’. With this service, Thomas went above and beyond and we were so grateful. The only criticism I have is that the aircon stopped working towards the end of the trip, but that wasn’t anyone’s fault per se. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a tailor-made trip that avoids the tourist traps. It was our highlight for our trip to Belfast and it made us want to book a tour of the north coast in future. Favourite part of the trip: When we arrived at Dunluce Castle and the sun came through the clouds… or the whisky tasting… can’t decide!

Our driver/guide James was wonderful. He was courteous, pleasant, and very knowledgeable about the history and legends of the causeway. James was very flexible and accommodating. He was very punctual and communicated very effectively. He gave us as much time as we needed at the sites and gave us a tour of the murals instead of the distillery that was on the schedule, since the boys and I don’t drink. He recommended good places for lunch and shopping. We really enjoyed the tour and we strongly recommend you using James for your private tours.

The Rope Bridge path trail was an amazing experience - we were lucky with the weather and because of that the views I could see were simply unbelievable

Our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful even beyond our tour. Our family had a wonderful time and Ricky was fantastic with our children. He saw to it that we were able to see everything we wanted! Thank you for a great experience of Northern Ireland!

We had a wonderful day in Northern Ireland with JP at the wheel. At once funny, courteous, knowledgeable and professional, he was the consummate tour guide as we explored. We even had enough time at the end of our day for a brief tour of Belfast, the memorials, and Peace Wall.

Our driver JJ was amazing. He knew all the best places to see and how to get us around the crowds. We traveled in luxury with JJ telling interesting facts about each site, including things we didn’t know about the filming of the King of Thrones. The direction he provided helped to make the day even better. Will highly recommend our experience to friends and family.

Desmond was incredible! He took us to a couple places that weren’t on the initial itinerary. My wife and I loved the little waterfall hike he suggested we go on! We definitely took a little longer than we were scheduled, but the entire trip was amazing. 100% recommend this tour!

I booked this tour as a shore excursion for our group of 7 from Belfast port. Ricky helped plan our itinerary within the limited time we have in port. It was easy to communicate with Ricky via email and Whatsapp for booking and for any questions that I have. JP was our driver on the day of the tour. He was punctual and got our group back in plenty of time to the port after our tour. Our vehicle is a very clean and comfortable late model Mercedes Benz passenger van. JP is very professional but friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. He was able to get us to all the sights in our itinerary and more. This tour was the highlight of our cruise. I liked that it was custom tailored to fit our schedule and it maximized the sights that we wanted to see. Thank you JP for a great tour!

We felt like royalty touring in an immaculate Mercedes S class vehicle with our driver/guide Desi, who charmed and entertained us. We saw everything promised and many more unexpected sights. Desi was completely flexible and tailored the day to our preferences. He made sure to drop us off as close as possible to every highlight, and even drove us through the Dark Hedges ("King's Highway") while other tourists, trudging along the long road, looked enviously at us. We had a delicious lunch of Beef and Guinness stew topped with puff pastry (so good!) He also stopped at a roadside truck for the best ice cream of my life (that's right--better than Italy's best gelato.) Its quality must be due to the milk from local pasture fed cows. Thank you Desi for an enjoyable and memorable day.

Absolutely phenomenal! Ricky organized two transfers (Galway-Belfast, Belfast- Dublin) and a full day tour up the northern coast. Without a doubt it was the absolute highlight of our trip. Both our drivers were professional, friendly and make the trips so lively. Thomas was our driver for most of the time and he was amazing. Our group unanimously agreed that he made the experience wonderful. He was knowledgeable about the area and history and answered all of our questions. The whole day was relaxing, entertaining and extremely pleasant. We had a private tour to the Giants Causeway and several castles. Our guide Ricky was so charming. Best time in our 10 days here.

Was a rainy day but John our tour guide was wonderful. Flexible, knowledgeable and adjusted our tour to what we wanted to do. Even dropped us at the train for our convenience! Highly recommend- sites all worth seeing.

Would 100% recommend this tour. Our driver, JP, was super friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our bizarre questions. We were traveling with our toddler and JP structured our day so that we got to see the most sights without being in the car too long or spending too much time at one place. He was very understanding and truly made the day about us. Awesome tour!

JJ was amazing and very accommodating. We had two children. 1 & 4 and he ensured they were ok evert step of the way. Definitely recommend a small group tour we were able to see the beautiful coast larger groups wouldn’t have.

It was lovely to see Belfast but our driver was very soft spoken and we could not hear him in the back of the van when he was forthcoming with any information. I believe he did not hear well either as he could not hear us when we asked questions. He would be better suited as a transfer driver than tour guide. On the plus side the van was immaculate and he was timely and courteous.

The tour was excellent. We had Declan as our guide and he was professional and nice and funny. We saw so much on the tour and he really made the day perfect.

The company first confirmed our tour the morning before and then few hours later in the afternoon we were notified via email that the driver got Covid and our trip had to be cancelled. We were on a cruise and the day prior to Belfast we were outside doing full day Dublin tour. By the time we returned to the ship and saw the email, all cruise excursions and any Gauseway tours we could find on internet were already sold out. We had no choice but to take cruise shuttle to Belfast for half day self walking around. The whole group was super disappointed since we were so looking forward to having this private tour as one of our highlights in our trip. I booked this tour more than 2 months in advanced and paid in advance as well. I understand the company had to take safety protocol but they should have backup drivers. Cancelling a tour in late afternoon the day prior is not acceptable especially the tour was confirmed at the first place.

This was a great experience. Kieran was an exceptional guide. His stories, descriptions of the area and telling of the history made this adventure so much more special for one of my sisters, three nieces and me. A nip of Bushmills was a perfect ending. I highly recommend this outing.

Exceptional tour and fantastic driver! Dessie took us to the Dark Hedges, Giants Causeway, Dunluce Castle Royal Portrush Golf Club, Bushmills, Carrick-a-Reed rope bridge and a few other GoT stops on a full day tour that was simply incredible. If you are in Northern Ireland don’t miss going to the Giants Causeway, it’s stunning. GoT fans will love the stops and recognize the area from the show. What a great day!

We took a Private Tour: Giant’s Causeway, Norman Castles and Game of Thrones Film Locations and it was an awesome tour in part to our Driver, Keiron who picked us up at our hotel and made our entire day unforgettable. Keiron was very knowledgeable. Also, make it a point to cross the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, you will NOT be disappointed. This is a must tour if you are planning a trip to Belfast and make sure you spend as much time as you can at the Causeway site; we ate when we first got there and in hindsight we should have taken that time to explore the causeway site.

JiMi the tour master was amazing! Loved having him show us all the sights of Northern Ireland and even parts we hadn’t planned on. The private tour on your own schedule is the way to go. He was so thoughtful to have us drinks and snacks throughout the day.

Fantastic day of touring NI Our driver, Desi, picked us up at our hotel In Belfast in a spotless beautiful touring car and our excursion was off. We hit all the highlights including the Giants causeway, Carrick-a-Rede bridge, Dunluce Castle , the Dark Woods and a host of small towns and GOT filming sites. Lunch was at a small pub on the Antrim Coast with the best seafood chowder I have ever eaten This was worth every penny!

We had a great experience with our private tour. Our driver/tour guide, Mr. Desmond, was very pleasant and informative. He also was nice enough to take our pictures at all our stops. Strongly recommend this package especially if you want to see many of the attractions. Mr. Desmond was also flexible enough to squeeze-in some souvenir shopping and a quick stop at a starbucks before he drove us back.

Incredible experince!!! Our driver J.J. was a wealth of knowledge and he was a lot of fun. The sights were breathtaking and having a private tour made it even more special. We absolutely loved every minute of our day. For those who worry about bathroom breaks have no fear, we had one available when it was needed. The car was so comfortable and impeccably clean. We highly recommend this as it was the highlight of our UK trip.

We booked RD Chauffeur Service in February of this year (2022), and the service from Ricky was exceptional. He picked us up & dropped us off from/to the airport for our visit which was no hassle at all, and took us on a day tour along the Causeway coastal route & Belfast town which really was the highlight of our trip. He was very knowledgeable, and a real pleasure to be around and chat to throughout our time with him. We would recommend Ricky & his team to anyone and will definitely be using his services again when we return.

If I could give 6 stars I would. The service we received was exceptional - helpful and fun. Jimmy our chauffeur became part of our day and we loved his friendly chat and information. Jimmy also gave advice on what to do on other days of our trip. The coastline is extraordinarily beautiful and we had the most amazing trip. The minibus for 16 is smart, comfortable and incredibly clean. Really the whole day was perfect. I highly recommend
