Christopher McCafferty was our guide today and not only was it a superior tour with an EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, FUN and FUNNY tour guide, he really went above and beyond. I had a medical emergency on the hike back from the rope bridge, and Chris literally ran back up to the car park, retrieved something from my purse for me and ran back down to me. It was my fault for being unprepared, not realizing how long the hike would be. Chris was gracious and did not make me feel worse than I already did for MY mistake. There were four of us today, and we all remarked how glad we were that this was how we chose to see Giants Causeway, the Dark Hedges, the rope bridge, etc. It was money well spent and we enjoyed getting to know Christopher. He was able to tell us about the places we went, as well as provide us with more information about The Troubles and what it was like to We highly recommend this tour with this exceptional guide.

One of the best tours we’ve ever been on was provided by Paul. We still saw everything we came to see despite local road blockades. Entertaining conversation is the highlight of the tour. Valuable information that Giants causeway is actually free- if we hadn’t booked this tour, we would probably have been duped by the visitor center haha. Highly recommended.
Chris was amazing. Super fun to talk with and went above and beyond to give us a great adventure ( and keep us from blowing off the cliff). The best!!
We had Chris as our tour driver. He was AMAZING!! Had soo many stories of him growing up in Belfast! Soo personable and informative. Great personality! Provided drinks and snacks for the trip - gave great advice for local eats. Took photos for us as a group! Such an amazing person!
We had the amazing good fortune to spend one of the best days of our visit to Ireland with Paul. Let me be clear, I almost never follow up and write these types of reviews but that’s how amazing the day and trip was. Not only was the trip stunning but the conversation with Paul truly was thoughtful, funny, and gave us a greater appreciation for the wonderful people of Belfast. I can not recommend this highly enough and if you’re as lucky as we were you’ll get to meet Paul.
Had the greatest day seeing the sights with Chris today! Some of the most beautiful scenery in the world, coupled with big fun and local expertise. 100% recommend.
Chris was an awesome tour guide. Very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him as an excellent tour guide. Outstanding job!
One of the best tours we've ever had! Paul was excellent , very knowledgeable, funny, friendly. willing to go above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed ourselves. I give him a 15 out of 10!!!
Our tour guide Paul, was excellent. He kept us entertained all day. The tour was well mapped out and at each stop Paul had suggestsions about how best use our time. He also had a deep knowledge of Belfast, the surrounding area and the history of north Ireland. Tour and guide highly recommended.
Paul - we love you! Great conversation and overview of Belfast politics. We learned a lot and hope you enjoy our Spotify offering. Cheers! Sam and Nick
Paul was fantastic! We were able to see all the places we wanted. The rope bridge was not on our list but he recommended it and I’m so glad he did. Paul’s tips about the Giants causeway were great. We would not have hiked the “long” way back if he didn’t tell us. The views were spectacular! Thanks again Paul!!
We weren't crazy about any of our cruise ship tours in Belfast and booked the Game of Thrones/Giants Causeway tour with Paul and it was one of the best decisions we made on our cruise! Super knowledgable about NI and Belfast, fantastic storyteller and took us to all of the best places. If you're coming to Belfast, definitely book with Paul, you won't be disappointed. Heck, he may even let you hold his John Snow sword.
We met Steve accidentally from getting a taxi and boy are we glad we did! He looked after us the whole weekend and made us all feel very welcome. Took us on all the tours we intended to do. His knowledge and passion for Northern Irelands history and culture is second to none! Super friendly and a genuinely funny man. Lovely vehicle and provided us with water to help with the hangovers ha. We will be coming back to Belfast and will be using him again for all our trips and transport. Can’t recommend him enough
Our guide was excellent and even took us to the Carrick-a-Rede suspension bridge which wasn't one of the stops. The scenery was absolutely beautiful.
Wow, so glad we didnt try to fit all this in independantly we would have missed most! The best day ever only made possible by TaxiToursNI, the scenery was stu ning, the knowledge shared excellent, the care taken to get us around and make the best of our last day second to none and worth every penny. Cannot recommend Paul & Taxitours NI enough.Thankyou so muchxx
Excellent value for money. Mc Combs provided this tour. Our driver and tour guide was Patrick and his knowledge, wit and enthusiasm was incredible adding to the experience. The Scenery was stunning travelling through the Glens of Antrim and Patrick handled the twists and bends with caution and ease. As a Game of Thrones fan I really enjoyed our stops at film locations a long the way. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this tour.
We went with Paul to give us a trip up the the Giants causeway and a short Belfast Mural tour. Paul is great fun and a well informed guide and able to make the trip work for you! Just ask, the perfect guide
