Don made this tour for us , despite heavy rain he kept the facts flowing , fun and emotional link to understand history of this wonderful city. Thankfully Belfast remains peaceful and very friendly folk

Shocking, driver said there were roadworks so dropped us off at Ulster Hall instead of The Crown stop 7. The rest of the drivers used the normal route, after waiting 45 mins we walked back to the start point where the guide apologised and said a bus had just left and if we go to stop 7 again it will be there in 10 mins. After 30 minutes waiting we gave up and went back to start to see guide who basically lied to our faces and said he saw bus go that way. They refused to refund our ticket. Con merchants avoid like the plague. Wasted most of our day.
we booked the two day pass. Worth every penny. You can just stay on and enjoy the 90 minute commentary from the driver, all have their own individual way of telling you all about what you are passing. Or you can get off at any stop and just jump on the next bus. Great way of seeing and hearing about Belfast City.
Enjoyed the hop on hop off bus. I took the bus in the afternoon after visiting the Titanic Museum and it was not too croweded. The bus is a great way to explore Belfast.
Experience was good but if bus stopped for few seconds at specific stops would be more entertaining.
Brilliant tour of Belfast, we really loved it here for our wedding anniversary. Don our driver and guide was absolutely fantastic- his stories, jokes & info was top class. An absolute gentleman.
Should be prerecorded with headphones. Driver was difficult to understand. We started stop 1 and got off stop 6 and walked back to city hall to catch bus back to cruise ship
Great service and very good narration. Gave a good insight into the city highlights. Sadly it doesn’t go past/stop at Stormont any more.
Easy to buy tickets - there’s plenty of reps in uniform all around the City Hall. The bus drivers were all friendly & knowledgeable. One of our buses had a separate guide on & he was really funny giving us lots of information but also little quips to keep us entertained. We visited the titanic museum, Crumlin Rd jail, City Hall, St George’s market & various other sites using the bus. They pick up twice an hour between 10-4:30pm so be mindful of late attraction visits.

I guess they don’t limit the number of passes per day ? The bus were packed w/ppl the city route . I couldn’t see anything! At the start of tour they stopped letting ppl on the bus as it was full , but the rest of the stops they let endless ppl on ! Ppl standing everywhere! Not a good experience!

Don was a knowledgable and entertaining guide. He pointed out everything of interest, explained the history around many of the sights and kept us informed and entertained throughout the hour long trip. Great stuff!
You get to see a lot of Belfast and the drivers provide great information on the sights and history of the city.
A really enjoyable and informative tour, giving a good account of the history of some of Belfast city, and particularly of the Troubles. Our driver, Don, shared his own experiences of his time in the city, and of his life during and since the Troubles, and is to be congratulated for the compassion he shows for those caught up in the conflict.
We have been waiting at georges market for 45 minutes and no bus has gone by, frustrating. They keep saying is broken
The live guide was great. This is a good way to see what is available to do on a full trip around the city. Then hop off and hop back on a second trip around. The whole trip around takes an hour and a half.
This is a great way to see the city and where you might want to get off and investigate things more. We enjoyed the ride and the guided aspect of it.
Great bus ride around the city getting to see and hear about historical sites! Also a easy way to move bigger groups throughout the city without taking multiple taxis
Great experience once we got on. Had to wait a little longer than stated, but we still had a great time getting around the city and learning about it as we went!
Lisa was the most excellent guide. She spoke clearly & with lots of knowledge. We didn’t leave the bus as we didn’t want lose her commentary.

Excellent way to see the sights and find out more information about where you might want to hop off. Lots of stops with very good guide drivers giving lots of information. We had 3 different drivers during the course of the day. We got off at the Crumlin gaol and Titanic museum. My only criticism is that sitting on the top deck means you can’t hear everything that the driver is saying if it’s windy, which it was at times. Fully recommend!
I would describe the tour as adequate. The commentary was perfunctory with a paucity of interesting information beyond the basics.
We had a 2 day ticket and we used it both days . Very informative, we didn't get off as we didn't want to be hanging around . It was worth the money . I'm glad we did it .
This was the most annoying company to deal with They lied about how frequen the buses were and left several people behind including my party forcing us to get alternative transportation They are definitely not to be trusted
Good trip cut short because of expected road closures.
We waited 2 hours and no bus.Went to local travel agent who told us all services cancelled as Belfast had riots. Have applied for refund so see how that works out. Total waste of time & saw nothing of Belfast.
Great way to see the city! Took us straight to the Titanic Experience which was enjoyed by all. Friendly drivers, ambassadors.

We bought a tour bus ticket with the intention of sightseeing in half a day and other activities for the remainder of the weekend. However, the bus tour with driver Don was so impressive that we did the tour 4 times!

Went on the hop on hop off on May 13 th with Craig as our driver . Craig was an excellent guide , knowledgeable with just the right amount of information . We really enjoyed it and being from southern Ireland it was great to see west Belfast and understand it thanks to Craig !
Purchase a two day ticket to use and I would definitely recommend this as the bus stops at lots of interesting places to hop on and off, quite a lot for one day. Bus was clean but they do not provide headphones as we had on other cities, this made it a bit harder to hear all the comments and facts about the city, we did sit on the top deck and it was windy so maybe we were unlucky, but it’s still worth doing when in the city.

It is fabulous! Driver, John and tour guide, Louis, with his vast knowledge and entertaining presentation, gave us a wonderful introduction to Belfast.
We had to wait over 40 minutes as the bus was late, had to take a tuk to the castle as the bus didn’t go there and there was over a two hour wait for the tram , and tuk back so it was an additional cost of 45 euros
Fab 1 hour tour of the city taking in key sights ! Very friendly and informative guide ! Defo worth the money and would recommend its one of the first things you do in the city.
What a fabulous informative tour. Catherine, our driver and tour guide talked us through every area of the city with such enthusiasm. Her knowledge was second to none and her humour was engaging. We bought the 2 day ticket which proved very good value for money. 1st day was Crumlin Jail and 2nd day was Titantic museum and Ulster Museum and Botantic Gardens. Never had long to wait on the return bus. Definitely recommend.

This tour was great and packed with information. Easy to find the starting point and there were enough opportunities to hop off. We enjoyed so much we went two days in a row. The only draw back was at 3:45 about 10 of us were standing at a pick up spot close to the Titanic. 15 minutes later most of us jumped on a city transit bus to make our way back. During shoulder seasons, it turns out that the buses only run until 4 pm. which doesn't equate to a pick up before 4. Not sure how that works
good value, 19 sites to see, really liked the flexibility. up topside windy day ended up claiming my SOX hat. Blew it right off
Had a few hours before flight back so did the bus tour and what a great value for money it was.. we got to see a lot more of Belfast and a very informative guide called Don he was very knowledgeable and funny, we didn’t need to get on and off the bus as we see everything and had chance to take photos and sign the peace wall loved this trip
