Very informative, very accommodating & cheerful. Would recommend Jim to anyone, made us feel very welcome.
Wonderfully knowledgeable tour guide about Glasgow’s history and contemporary life. She answered all our questions with good humor.
The guide didn't show up or contact us to cancel. Afterwards he apologized. I expect him to let you know so that I am refunded. The fact that we had no other arrangements, ruined our Belfast experience.
Our driver Jim was very amigable, informative and flexible with our time visiting all the wonderful sites around Belfast. Jim was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot of great information.
We had an outstanding experience on the Belfast City Tour! Our guide was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to customize the tour for our 8-year-old, John Paul, making it fascinating and engaging for him. As a local, our guide had an in-depth knowledge of Belfast, sharing insights and stories that brought the city to life for us. His expertise and passion for the city were evident throughout the tour, and we learned so much about Belfast's history and culture. This tour made us all eager to return to Belfast in the future. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a personalized and informative experience in Belfast. Thank you for a wonderful day!
Nigel was fantastic! We learned so much about Belfast history and got to see so many interesting things.
Patrick gave a fun and informative tour around Belfast. Diverse stops and interesting historical facts.
Jim was a great tour guide. Very knowledgeable about the history of the city, very friendly,& flexible with times at each stop.
Our tour guide Paul Moyna was amazing his personal experience also his amazing historical knowledge supported with amazing pictures and information pack. Paul even had special pens to sign the peace wall and an umbrella for the Irish rain. Met as strangers left as friends. Can't recommend enough. Prices are fab, such a genuine lad myself and my daughter ❤️, Hazel and Hollie
We had the best tour guide his name was Jim. We got on the wrong bus to begin with, and he came and picked us up at Queens College. We were very lucky. He gave us a story at each place and then let us look around and take photos.
We started our tour at the City Hall pickup point which allowed us to view all of the rooms providing a history overview inside City Hall before our tour started. Our tour guide Jim arrived at the front gates and introduced himself. We wound up having a large taxi to ourselves and had a private tour with Jim. He took us to many Belfast sights and provided great historical information at each stop. He then allowed us some time to walk around each location. He also offered to take pictures with our phone at every stop. We really appreciated that. I hope you are lucky enough to get Jim. He made our tour fantastic! It was a rainy day too, so having transportation was very helpful. Belfast castle and the University were the high points for us.! I highly recommend this tour!
It is hard to describe the horrors of the Troubles, but thankfully the Troubles seem to be behind us. However, the murals remain. The murals are great exhibitions of street art. A guide is welcome, if only to explain to political implications of this popular art form. Belfast is undergoing a rapid revival, now that the Troubles are behind us. Belfast is living up to its reputation as a neat little city.
It was a very productive 2.5 hours. Jim was outstanding and made sure we saw all the must see sights in a short tineframe. Exceptional value for the price.
Gaining an understanding of the continuing political problems. My guide was a life-long resident and could discuss conditions before and after the peace treaty.
Such an enjoyable tour of this fabulous city. Jim was so knowledgable and clearly loves his home city. The variety in the stops was perfect we saw so much, I don’t know where the time went. Wonderful and thought provoking and filled in some gaps in our history knowledge. Great guide and genuinely nice guy. Highly recommended
A super recommended experience. We must walk a lot, even in the rain, but the guide Francis told us the history of the conflict and the great validity that it has today. At times, it really was strong. I do not recommend it for children or very old people, because of the distances, but if you really love knowing the places and their identity, you have to do the tour!
