Belfast Bike Tours

David was enthusiastic, warm, patient and knowledgeable. Our tour was a good balance of chat and cycling and of history, politics and culture. We loved it!

David led an amazing tour for my wife and I! We saw a incredible cross-section of Belfast! We loved the places that he took us and the stories that he shared! He also helped us to understand the history of the city that was profound and deeply moving. I would highly recommend this to anyone coming to Belfast. Thanks so much David!

it was an informative & interesting tour which covered many parts of Belfast city centre - city hall , cathedral , and some further out - titanic shipyard areas & Shankhill / Falls Rd. My bike was comfortable to ride and we covered a good distance over the approx 3 hrs 25. i would have liked to have kept the bike for the rest of our weekend ! i'd defo' recommend this tour to others .

Did the tour with David on a Sunday morning which was great as the city was quiet and traffic minimal. David was a knowledgeable and interesting guide who patiently put up with my questions! A great way to discover the city with lots of shared paths so it felt very safe. Also a great way to discover the best pubs and earn a pint after!

David showed our small group around Belfast on a quiet Sunday morning. It was easy, mainly flat riding. We had a great time. NB: Bikes have no gears.

Absolutely recommend! Learnt alot about the history of Belfast from both sides of the troubles that have happened not long ago from a guide who grew up here.. Go to Kelly's Cellars and have a beer or 3 afterwards!!!

A wonderful guided tour with my family. We got to see many of the highlights in central Belfast. Our guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting information. Great way to see the city, fit in much more than walking and see places a coach wouldn't access. David was very informative and paced the ride well. There is some road cycling but we all felt safe and managed easily.

Tour led by a local guide with a deep knowledge of all aspects of Belfast life, past and present. The ride was not difficult and we saw a lot--plus got some exercise.

We had a GREAT time on this bike tour with David. It was unexpectedly intense and exciting! We got to see so many cool parts of Belfast, ride through quaint alleyways and learn all about 'the troubles'. We had our kids aged 11 and 12 with us and they had a great time, as well. David was very knowledgeable about Belfast and its history. 10/10 would recommend.

The best way to see Belfast. Light and maneuverable bicycles made it easy to negotiate the traffic and the alleys and our guide was fantastic.A very informative and fun trip. I would definitely recommend this bike tour. Our guide took us safely through Belfast and taught us a great deal about the city—both its history and the present day. There was time to look around and ask questions along the way. The guide shared stories with enthusiasm and a touch of humor, making the experience truly engaging.

Highly engaging guide David, who used a safe and steady pace to keep up and ensured all participants were safe and enjoying the tour. The commentary and stops were interesting and covered a wide variety of topics from the Titanic to the troubles.

The tour is mostly flat, and the bikes are simple. There are plenty of stops, and our guide, David, gave us lots of history, information, and local perspective. We went to places we would not have seen otherwise, and covered a lot of the city. Would highly recommend.

I decided to round off a trip to Belfast with a bike tour. Dave was a mine of information and every stop I learnt something new about this great city. The bikes are comfortable and a pleasure to ride even for someone like me who has not been on a bike for years. It was the perfect end to a great couple of days.

Highly recommend this bike tour through Belfast! We debated whether to take the black car tour vs bike tour of Belfast, and have no regrets. We arrived from an overnight flight, and biking around the city was the best way to keep going, and get an in depth knowledge of this beautiful city’s history. Thank you David for your knowledge and navigational skills. We hope to be back in Belfast again soon.

This was a really fun way to see the city and meet other people. Dave was a great guide, sharing stories and information in a conversational way. I went Sunday morning, which is when the city is really quiet, so it was easy to ride around the streets on the bike without being crowded. It was my first bike tour ever and now I’m hooked. Plus Belfast is such a beautiful city and it’s inspiring to see how it is recovering so valiantly from the past. Totally recommend this fun and exciting way to see the city.

had a private tour with David - he was super informative and friendly - covered a lot of ground and we learnt a lot. Great way to get your bearings. Picked up lots of little gems of local info and vibe. Also grateful for the heads up on where to get the best Guiness!

We had the best time on our bike tour! Our guide was informative, had great perspective and really taught us a lot about Belfast. We had two kids (7,10) on their own bikes as well, they had so much fun!

The city is reassuringly small and you feel like you got to grips with the layout on this tour. You see lots of historic sites and learn about the modern history and about many of the things that have happened to the people of Belfast. David was really keen to fairly set out both sides of the troubles so you could really empathise with both groups. So exciting to see all the improvement in the last few years. Great trip
