White Park Bay -Dragon Stone A Beautiful scenic beach at the very tip of Ireland and the closest country from here would be Iceland which is 800 miles away plus used during the epic Dragon stone Game of thrones scenes.
Balintoy Harbour – Iron Island Ballingtoy Harbour was built to export Lime around the world. The harbour was used as Lordsport for Theo Greyjoy’s return to the Iron Islands and also the location where Theo Greyjoy is baptised and also features in season 1-8 of the epic Game of Thrones Drama used extensively for season 7 and 8.

Plus this is the location where Brienne Tarth fought for King’s Guard and shadow baby murders Renly. Heavily featured in season 6 also. Carrick-a-rede rope bridge was used by fishermen for over 100 years to catch salmon and gain access to the island. Not for the faint hearted as steep steps all the way down the 1 km walk. Didn’t get to actually go due to a change in travel itinerary, but their customer service was great and they refunded my deposit without a hassle. Much appreciated.
We just spent the day with Duncan on a self guided tour. He was absolutely amazing and accommodated all our various requests. I would strongly encourage others to do this tour for a day around Belfast and I give Duncan all the stars. Absolute legend!
If I could give Geraldo 7 out of 5 stars, I would without hesitation. From the moment we met, he made us feel like old friends rather than customers. He was warm, personable, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable about Belfast, North Ireland, and the surrounding countryside. Our Giants Causeway excursion was outstanding. Geraldo knew all the best places to stop, shared fascinating stories along the way, and never made us feel rushed. He was happy to answer every question and made the entire day enjoyable from start to finish. What really set him apart was his genuine hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure we experienced the real North Ireland, introducing us to places and people we never would have discovered on our own. Those personal touches made our trip unforgettable. If you’re looking for a guide who is professional, friendly, passionate about his home, and dedicated to giving you an authentic experience, look no further than Geraldo. Thank you, Geraldo, for making our visit so special. You played a huge part in creating memories that we’ll cherish for years to come. We can’t wait to come back! Bernie & Renee
Best guided tour we have ever been on. Our guide Gerard M. was great. He was very knowledgeable about everything on the tour and had good stories about Belfast and Ireland. Best of all he made it a lot of fun and even had a few surprises for us. He was a good driver no speeding or tailgating. His car was very comfortable and he supplied lots of snacks and drinks. Would highly recommend this tour with him. Jim G.
Our family had a great tour with Gerardo….He shared a lot of knowledge about Ireland with us & had many funny stories. We felt very welcomed & will leave as friends.
Gerard was our guide & driver for the day. He was so much fun and knowledgeable. We left the Europa Hotel and toured Game of Thrones, How to Train your Dragon Castle, Giant Causeway & the Royal Portrush Gulf Club. He had a cooler stocked with drinks and snacks & took amazing pictures on our phones for us. I would recommend his tour!!
The time went by so quickly for two reasons: the scenery was beautiful, and Gerard's love of his country is so deep and he shared so much of its history with us. And Lucy in his office is so hard working and helpful. They may quite a pair. I highly recommend them!
Book this tour, you will not regret it! Not only is this tour informative but it is also fun. We were on a 10-day British Isle cruise and this by far was our favorite tour
Gerard was a great guide who was able to tell us about the history of the conflict, the beautiful natural landmarks, and made sure we had plenty of time to see the Giants Causeway and the areas between there and Belfast! Highly recommend him and his tour!
Gerard made the tour /day SO fun, educational & interesting! He was more like a friend than a guide. He met us at the cruise port; the day began with lots of information & stories & ended with our whole group now having their Christmas card pictures…hilarious!! If you don’t hire Gerard to show you around Belfast…you will miss a fabulous, fun, informational excursion.
Gerard was an awesome guide! He met us at our ship right on time. He gave us so much information along the way and was so fun to be with. An unexpected bonus was the ongoing video he made of us complete with costumes! Will be such a wonderful reminder of our trip. Can’t recommend him enough!
Went with friends but more like family. We are all GOT fans so was looking to book a tour. Gerard with Belfast Famous BlackTaxi Tours is AWESOME. Best 8 hours of the trip so far. Picked up at Fitzwilliam Hotel in a Mercedes big enough for 7. Great guided tour to the different sights that GOT was filmed then only got better with all the insight of the setting of the show. Gerard could write a book on the different location. Informative, enchanting and funny as well. I honestly have to say, one of yhe best tours ever taken. Thank so much Gerard. Can't wait to take another tour.
We had the best day today. Thank you Gerard for making amazing memories for our family! Ireland is the most beautiful place I have ever seen. If you are visiting, this tour is a must.
We had an amazing time with Gerard on this tour. Everything from the places we visited, to the history shared and great stories told wrapped in GOT sight visits, I would highly recommend this trip to anyone.
This is such an awesome tour. We had a blast seeing everything. Gerard made the tour amazing. Definitely recommend going on this tour with him!
This tour with Gerald is one of the best tours I have ever done in my life. Seriously. Gerald’s knowledge of the coast, including the history of the coast, and the city of Belfast are truly phenomenal.
We had an absolutely fantastic experience with our tour guide today! He was exceptionally well-prepared and incredibly well-informed—every stop came with great stories, fascinating facts, and just the right touch of humor. You could tell he truly loves what he does, and it made the whole tour feel personal and engaging. He was also so thoughtful and kind—it didn’t hurt that he came prepared with chocolate for us (a sweet surprise!) and even had an extra coat when someone in our group needed it. Those little gestures made a big difference and showed how much he cares about creating a great experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic—this was one of the best tours we’ve ever taken. Highly recommend!
He took us to a lot of great sites, taught us a lot about the country, and if you are a Game of Thrones fan you will love seeing the filming sites! We do a lot of tours and we know a really good one when we have one!
I am extremely happy to leave this review. Just recently me and my family went on a tour with Gerald and boy was it a hoot!! We laughed and enjoyed ourselves the whole time. Not only were the sights extremely captivating but Gerald himself was a gem of a tour guide. He shared both interesting historical stories as well as some personal ones and it all made for a genuine experience. Felt like hanging out with friends for the day! The vehicle itself was extremely clean and stocked with goodies. No complaints at all!! I highly recommend experiencing this if you are ever in Ireland. Oh and the video content Gerald himself puts together for your group is the cherry on top! Love being able to have this video as a reminder of an awesome day! 1000000/10 experience for all groups
Gerry M made our day in Belfast with the Causeway and more tour! He was extremely prompt, entertaining, and a pleasure to spend the day with as we toured through the Game of Thrones sites, the Giants Causeway, and Bushmills Distillery. The communication before and during the tour were excellent and he took great care in getting us back to the ship with time to spare, no anxiety about missing our time. I guess the best way to say it was great is the fact that if we are ever in an area that he has a tour in, we will be on it. There were 6 of us and the vehicle was roomy and comfortable. His driving was great as well as the snacks and drinks provided. Very flexible to personalize our wants on the tour. Definitely a 5 star experience.
Our driver Jim was fantastic. His personal touches and stories were great and he customized to what we wished. We got to eat an incredible lunch yet saw everything we wanted to see!
surreal village in the open sea, great for stopping a moment of peace, climbing in freedom and breathing a fairytale atmosphere. Also great food quick to consume and if the table outside is free it becomes perfection.
The Antrim Coast Tour with typical lunch included takes you out of Belfast to show you the countryside in the North of Ireland with magnificent views of the coastline of the Island; the Giant Causeway walk leaves you mute to the majesty and mystery of the place.
