I stayed here with my elderly dad from 2nd-6th September (we are checking out tomorrow). Checking was easy-efficient and friendly, they made sure dad had an accessible room and they put in the room next door-perfect. I want to mention 2 members of staff in particular who went over and above to make our stay really special: Sanita, who greeted, sat us and served us every morning at breakfast. Anna who welcomed us for dinner the first evening and apart from welcoming us, really went out of her way to look after us. I cannot thank either of them enough. My dad is very elderly and they never rushed him (despite their obviously busy just jobs), Sanita sat us in a convenient table every morning. We couldn’t have been better looked after, thank you

I stayed at this hotel for seven days and had a wonderful experience. One of the biggest highlights was the people. Everyone—from the restaurant staff to the front office team—was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. A special shoutout to Masha, who was always there whenever I needed anything. She went out of her way to help and made my stay even more comfortable. Cheers to everyone at the hotel, especially Aodhen McVeigh, Joao, and Aodhen. You all made this a fantastic place to stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
We really LOVE this place. It's only a 5 minutes walk to the Grand Station where we took the Aircoach to do a day trip to Derry...and where we get the train to/from Dublin. It is about 15-20 minutes walk to the main city center but it's not too bad of a walk. The staff are very nice, helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and the bed is SUPER COMFORTABLE! The dinner was awesome! Was much better than we expected. Better even than most of the pubs we've gone to. Paid also for breakfast on our last morning and it didn't disappoint. There were a lot of options from hot foods (ham, eggs, sausages, pancakes, etc) to cold (yogurt and cereal) and pastries. The only minor whine I have is I wish they have coffee available in the room. The staff downstairs was nice to offer me a free coffee one morning I went down....but it would be better if they have coffee available in the rooms instead.
Two friends and I stayed 8-12th June, 2026 and were very impressed. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, ALL the staff were extremely friendly and efficient. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and evening meals were delicious too. The hotel is in a good location for walking to the centre and various attractions and not least as it is a 5-minute walk from the new Grand Central Station. It was so easy to get the bus to and from the airport there. Although we were there during the recent unrest, we felt perfectly safe in the hotel and still managed morning visits and excursions and a whole day tour of the north coast including The Giant’s Causeway.
We stayed for 5 nights over February in a family room. The hotel has a nice feel about it with a constant buzz around the Reception, bar and restaurant. The family room was a decent size for the price and we were comfortable. Rooms were serviced very promptly every day. The breakfast selection was really good and we ate a lunch in the hotel once with a nice broad menu. Just be sure to check which meals the "kids eat free" policy applies too. We saw many eating dinner every night but we wanted to try other restaurants while we were in Belfast. The staff were all very friendly and professional which really added to our stay, overall a great team and a lovely stay.
