A great stay. I was managing event with my firm & the whole stay was super. We had a lot of ad hoc requests throughout the day; nothing was too much trouble. My room & food were also great. Big thanks to the team especially Gail, Stephen & Sana. Thank you.

His recommendations for places to eat, drink, and sightsee around the city were fantastic and really helped us make the most of our stay. Shiva has such a warm, genuine nature and is a complete natural with customers. He makes everyone feel welcome, takes the time to chat, and goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a great experience. You can clearly see how much pride he takes in his role at the Hilton, and his passion for providing exceptional customer service shines through every interaction. I was gifted this stay, and what an incredible experience it turned out to be. The room was spectacular - beautifully designed, spotless, and exceptionally comfortable. The sitting area felt warm and inviting, making it easy to relax the moment we walked in.The bathroom was unlike any I've ever seen: luxurious, spacious and thoughtfully appointed. It genuinely added a sense of indulgence to the stay. The breakfast buffet was another highlight. It was extensive, offering an impressive variety of options - truly everything one could possibly want to start the day. All this so conveniently located to the sights of Belfast. Beautiful hotel. Extremely helpful and friendly staff - shout out to Scottish Connor who helped us with everything we needed. Breakfast staff were extremely helpful, cleaning staff went out there way to help. Brilliant stay. Hotel was spotless, quiet, good location and distance from everywhere. We have a lovely view of the city from our 4th floor room.
It has to be the best hotel in Belfast. Staff and location are top notch. Good rooms and excellent restaurant. Staff. Desk personnel were thorough and made us felt welcomed. Executive Lounge hostess were both customer focused and well responsive to lounge patrons. Breakfast staff were equally top notched during dining check-in and the floor staff were attentive to customer needs. Location. We got a river side room that had huge windows for a good vista of Samson and Goliath cranes that built the Titanic. Hotel has great proximity to downtown. About a 15 minute walk from the train station which was the terminus of the airport bus. City Hall is about 7 minute walk. The mall is about same walking distance. The convention center is next door. It was also about a 10 minute Uber ride to the City Airport. Lounge. My Diamond status afforded access. It is located right next to the front desk. The hostess varied the mini dessert and finger food offerings on the nights we were there. I had the local beer and the wife had the sweet wine as recommended by the hostess. It got busy but did not feel crowded at anytime. Breakfast. The dining area felt and looked grand. The offerings were not over the top but more than sufficient. It is a place to have a classy and memorable dinning event. We had an excellent stay and this property is the reason why I stay Hilton for my business and family travels.
