The hotel staff are amongst the best in the industry. They really all believe in customer satisfaction without trying. I always find the front of house team most helpful , very informative and super friendly and helpful. Madalina has the highest standards and this is echoed through the team. In the bar Michael is a natural talent and always on hand to make sure that I feel welcomed and looked after. The breakfast experience has great quality food with a huge selection to choose from and off course I’m always met with a warm welcome from Melissa. A fantastic venue and the best staff in the business. Highly recommended for all who want a great experience in Belfast.

My husband and I spent ten fabulous days from 31st May - 10th June. A package holiday where the rooms available was not suitable for me with mobility difficulties. As an IHG member I reach out to the hotel personally who was able to provide me a suitable room with easy access at no extra cost. The hotel is in a beautiful location by the river with first class service by every single member of staff. From the welcoming at reception by the lovely Madalina to the cleanness of the room. The clean spotless and beautiful spa. The restaurant with its lovely delicious foods. The bar and breakfast staffs, courteous professionalism to the sensational housekeeping staffs who does an excellent job. Totally impressed with the all round services and simply a wonderful experience. Each and everyone were kind, helpful and polite. A shout out to the beautiful Melissa and all the breakfast staff who makes my morning a pleasure and to the bar staffs who makes my evenings delightful. We had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Belfast. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and all the staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel is extremely family-friendly, making it a great choice for those travelling with children. There is plenty of parking available, which is a big bonus, and the pool was excellent and well maintained. The food was amazing, with great quality and plenty of choice. A special mention to Ryan on the front desk, who provided exceptional customer service and made us feel very welcome. Overall, it felt like a true 5-star experience, and we would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

We stayed here from June 4–5, and our booking was made just one day before our arrival. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, and we really appreciated being allowed to check in early at 11:00 AM. However, we were only provided with one key card for the room. As a family, this was somewhat inconvenient, as it made it difficult for us to come and go independently during our stay. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, salon, and spa. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience at the swimming pool. I accompanied my 8-year-old son and took a few photos to send to my husband, who was resting in the hotel room, so he would know where we were. While doing so, a swimming coach who was conducting lessons abruptly shouted, “No phones!” in a manner that I found quite rude and embarrassing. Some of the children then repeated the comment, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. I completely understand if there is a policy regarding mobile phones, but I would have appreciated being approached politely and respectfully as a hotel guest. I was only taking a few photos and was positioned away from the pool area. I also did not notice any signs or instructions regarding phone use around the facility. Another issue was that our room felt very warm throughout our stay. The air conditioning did not seem to be working effectively, and we were unable to cool the room to a comfortable temperature. The hotel is located a little outside the city centre, but it is only a short drive away if you have a car. We had hoped to try the spa facilities, but as they close at 10:00 PM, we unfortunately did not have the opportunity. Overall, the hotel has great amenities and friendly reception staff, but there are a few areas where the guest experience could be improved.
