Ac Hotels By Marriott Belfast

We went to the hotel for the Dine and Bus deal,this was not as advertised!! The whole idea was to take out the hassle of parking etc but instead the bus left you at the concert and no pick up! Even though what we had paid for was return, the bus left you at the venue and you were to sort your own way back. Would definitely not recommend. Phoned today to speak to the hotel manager and to no surprise no call returned. Would not recommend this hotel for its poor service.

Great location and standard of hotel, modern, clean and well maintained, I was staying for business and it was perfect. Staff are exceptional, particularly the reception team who were courteous, helpful and went above and beyond in looking after guests. In saying that, I did not come across one team member who didn’t have time to smile and say hello which just made you feel valued. I would 100% recommend this hotel to business and holiday guests.

Nice location, with lovely big rooms. Only fault to the room was that for a four star hotel there was no water in the room. Check in and out, and service in the restaurant is what really let the hotel down for us. We had booked a special offer dinner for the night of our stay, which reception was not aware of and hadn’t even heard of the promotion. Then when dining we were charged full price, and the promotion was ignored, but did get corrected. That was after 15 minutes waiting for the bill while the waitress clearly attended to other things and ignored us. At check out we were charged again for the meal even though it was paid in the restaurant the night before. Really really poor communication. At check out we weren’t asked did we have a good stay and was everything ok. We were also not informed of the half price parking the hotel offers and ended up paying full price. Again very poor service. Would I say again, no, I think I would actually have had better service in the premier inn .

Stayed here over Easter, location excellent for sightseeing in Belfast. Hotel is modern, light and bright with excellent views. Dinner at Novelli Restaurant was the best we had in Belfast, extensive menu, perfectly prepared. Special mention for Charlie in Novelli Restaurant who was so welcoming and accommodating during our stay. Breakfast was delightful! We will definitely return! Super choice of hotel for a few days in Belfast.
