It was amazing. The lady is so knowledgeable, the experience flows very well. You try multiple samples of tea. A man called Li met us and walked us to the ceremony he gave us a gift and spoke to us about his one world charity that he supported. He was very kind. There is a section at the end set up for you to go to their shop and buy stuff with staff, they encourage you to buy something and if you buy something you’re given a mini clay gift. I would recommend All in all it was a really good experience

Itinerary
China is the birthplace of tea. Experience a traditional tea ceremony in Beijing to enrich your cultural experience in China. A friendly tea master will greet you upon your arrival. This is a traditional ritual that emphasizes the art of tea brewing and appreciation; it is not just about drinking tea. It embodies deep cultural significance: respect, harmony, and mindfulness. During the tea ceremony, you will taste various types of tea, such as Oolong, Pu-erh, green tea, jasmine tea, and flower tea. The tea master will demonstrate precise techniques, Each step is performed with intention, from warming the teapot to pouring the tea, creating a sensory experience that engages sight, smell, and taste. The Chinese tea ceremony is a must-do in Beijing. After the tea ceremony, you have the option to purchase some exquisite tea to take home and share with family and friends, at your own expense. Then, the tea master manager will walk you back to the meeting point or Jianguomen Subway station.

It’s just a glorified tea sampling with basic tea’s we’ve all tried (jasmine, oolong, ginseng) with one special Beijing tea. Then they offer high tourist priced teas to buy after. Richard was an amazing guy though, super friendly and helpful.
Never had a tea ceremony before. This was absolutely love. Small portions but you really get to experience each one. I wanted to buy them all and wish I could have, but if you can, you should.
Very good guide. They have good quality too. And recommend pu ehr to try. Good price quality. And good quality ☕️ tea . RICHARD is good guide
It was a lovely little tour, not too long and very interesting. Richard was our guide, very kind and very patient as our Didi driver struggled to find the meeting point making us a little late. After the tour Richard was kind to show us a good authentic peking duck restaurant for lunch and made good suggestions. We would recommend this tour.
The experience was great for such a price and a guide is so nice and friendly. We’d definitely recommend
Amazing experience! We really enjoyed the ceremony and teas were excellent. Must try when you visit Beijing
We really enjoyed this experience! The teas were excellent quality and taste. We learned a lot about teas and found our favorite ones. Must try when you visit Beijing
I can’t say ENOUGH about my tour with RIchard! He was absolutely fantastic!! He was kind, knowledgeable, accommodating and really fun to tour around with. I lucked out being able to do a one-on-one with him, and he showed me an amazing time. He is extremely knowledgeable about calligraphy and was so patient with me as I tried to figure out the correct form. Did I also mention he was a GREAT photographer/videographer? I am looking forward to visiting again and will definitely hope to book with Richard! Absolutely get this tour if you are considering. You will have a memorable time.
The tea ceremony was informative. The whole experience was nice and welcoming. The Tea Master was very friendly
Amazing tea experience. I learnt a lot about tea culture in China and tried different options. It’s a really good option for someone who has limited time in Beijing. Richard Li was really kind and even walked with me to the metro station. He’s also doing calligraphy lessons and I was really sad I didn’t have enough time to take part in it.
It's very short but fun and informative, the girls liked the tea. my girls age 7,9,14 not an activity for small kids.
This experience is fantastic with some of the history tradition and many fascinating teas to try especially 5 year aged Puer tea called Highly recommended!
It was the best experience. Never knew that there are different kinds of tea and how they are prepared. I am a coffee drinker but after this experience, I am now a tea lover. Thanks tea house!
Our tour guide was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend! Loved the Tea ceremony, all the different foods… excellent!
Very interesting.. and informative.. enjoyed the tea tasting with different tea flavors.
Our tea master explained to us everything very well, and the tea quality is superb
It was a wonderful experience, very nice people, tasty tea. I highly recommend.
That was the great experience. I never try so many rupees of tea and that is like an ocean of emotion! Bought two types home:)
Richard and the Tea Master were absolutely lovely. It was my favourite activity of the trip and so interesting to learn all about the different teas and their benefits! They were super hospitable and lovely. We highly recommend them!!

Amazing experience! Very friendly staff and also very knowledgeable. Richard and the tea master were very lovely. 100% recommend!
This experience was a 10/10 I absolutely recommend it for anyone who wants immerse themselves and wants to learn more about traditional Chinese culture. What made the experience best of all was the staff tea master and lovely Richard! To start we were an hour late due to transportation issues and they waited for us. Upon arriving we had issues with our Alipay to be able to pay the taxi and sweet Richard immediately without hesitation paid the taxi driver from his own money! ( we did return it, but he did jt without knowing if we would).he also was patiently waiting for us with a welcome gift. Then the tea master was gracious funny and informative ans gave us a wonderful experience! I’m so grateful to her and all her knowledge. Also during the experience Richard made sure to capture my dad and I for our our memories but also made a video montage. The tea master was also kind enough to gift me a parting gift with my canister for tea I purchased. They were just all so kind and wonderful and would highly recommend this experience ! Thank you tea master and Richard !
The tea ceremony was very interesting, a little less so the second part aimed at selling tea. The tea room was located inside a shop where they sell tea, teapots, and cups.
Nice experience. Half-hour ceremony with good quality teas. I learned and enjoyed it a lot
A magnificent experience: a cultural and historical leap... Wow 😍... to do absolutely!!! Professionalism accompanied by kindness... bravo, bravo!!! 👏👍
The experience was very interesting and the tea very good.
Very interesting, tried different teas, it was delicious!
Finally, my little dream came true, I went to a tea ceremony, and also to China, a country where tea is traditionally centuries old. Richard met us, and he also gave us Christmas presents, thank you very much! The ceremony lasted about half an hour, and we were given different types of teas. I liked jasmine the most. The girl was very sweet about the history of tea. I suggest you all go to Beijing when you get there!
Mr. Li attended to me. It was a very warm hospitality and I could feel deeply about the long history of tea in China. We had a very relaxing time as well as tasting each tea. We also heard about Chinese calligraphy and watercolor painting. I recommend it.
I loved the tea experience. In the end they offer you a lot of teas but really the ceremony is excellent. The gua was very friendly and very helpful to all we needed.
