I highly recommend this ticket service for the Great Wall. The booking process was seamless, and their follow-up communication was outstanding. They provided a detailed itinerary via WhatsApp, including precise directions from my hotel, schedules, and transportation options. Their thoroughness ensured a hassle-free and well-informed visit.

A wonderful experience, Li shared all the useful information ahead of time and good advise was given on the moving around the place of interest. These made the visit smooth and self directed and in control. In addition, the tips for which route to take and the directional support made it easy to navigate. Highly recommend!

This was a great experience, Li shared all the useful information ahead of time and during the visit if I needed. The visit was smooth and self directed which I liked as I am traveling solo, but the tips for which route to take and the directional support made it easy to navigate. Would recommend!

Our trip to the Great Wall was truly unforgettable! The entire experience was smooth, well-organized, and perfectly planned. A very special thanks goes to Ms. Li, whose excellent preparation and attention to detail made everything so easy for us. From the travel arrangements to the schedule on-site, everything ran seamlessly. The excursion itself was breathtaking — walking along such a historic and iconic place was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. But what made it even more enjoyable was knowing that all the logistics had been so carefully arranged in advance. We are very grateful to Ms. Li for her outstanding organization and support. Thanks to her, this excursion became not only memorable, but also stress-free and highly enjoyable.

beautiful experience with a perfect guide, Miss Li helped and support us all the way through the booking of the experience and also with other booking or thing of our trip that weren’t part of this experience (like the transport from the airport to our accommodation)

Li was quick and comprehensive when planning. There was no issue at the attraction site. Our driver Mr.Han was punctual and helpful to show us the way around. He waited for us and provided water as well. Highly recommended.

The organization, tickets, information with photos and suggestion how to visit send by WhatsApp upfront is impeccable.

**Service Review:** Ms. Li's service was truly exceptional. She proactively contacted us via WhatsApp (uncommon for China-based agents) and provided clear instructions throughout. Her patience in addressing all our questions was remarkable. She ensured smooth entry and exit processes, offered valuable local advice, and even followed up with day-of reminders and a post-trip check-in - service that genuinely exceeded expectations. **Mutianyu Great Wall Experience:** Mutianyu offers spectacular views of the Great Wall. The well-maintained pathways feature proper steps throughout, making navigation comfortable. The cable car provides an excellent vantage point and convenient access. For visitors seeking an authentic Great Wall experience without strenuous hiking, Mutianyu presents an ideal option - combining accessibility with breathtaking scenery.

I purchased Mutianyu Great Wall entrance tickets (including return internal bus transfer and cable car) from Li. One day before, Li sent me complete, step-by-step instructions on how to reach the Mutianyu Great Wall and how to use the internal bus transfer and cable car. She even provided recommendations for which tower offers the best view. I am very happy with the service and will recommend her to others.

They were really good with all the explanations and tips needed to have a great experience! It all went smoothly

This was a first class experience, 5 out of 5 stars, all I had to do is book it and show up for the pick up. SunflowerLi and Mr Wang did the rest. SunflowerLi handled all the bookings and took the guess work of what I had to do, she was a great communicator through WhatsApp and walked me through step by step to make it fool proof. Mr Wang was my personal driver that picked me up at my hotel lobby and dropped me off right at the wall and made sure I knew where I was going. Then he picked me back up, no waiting and dropped me back off at my hotel. It was amazing, a once of a lifetime experience, I highly recommend using them for this adventure.

This was a very smooth and enjoyable experience in the Great Wall, very efficiently arranged by Lei Li. We just had to use our passport to enter without any hassle. Great service!

I booked my tickets to visit the Great Wall (Mutianyu), Temple of Heaven via Viator. Li has been a great help and provided the tickets on-time for both schedules. The thing that I liked the most about Li is that she not only provided the details about how to use the tickets. But she actually went one step ahead and provided with the full itenarry like - how to reach there, what avenues are best to visit, and available food options. Thanks a lot Li for managing the ticket booking and proper guidance, eventually making my China visit stress-free and memorable.

Li was very helpful and gave me many travel tips which I found very useful. She was working late on weekends and was answering any questions I asked even on late Sunday evening. Thank you Li your assistance was very much appreciated.
