Mutianyu Great Wall And Summer Palace Private Day Trip With Lunch

A perfect day tour from downtown Beijing. Everything is taken care of: admission fees, tour guide, and buffet lunch. Yanna was a great guide, she speaks good English. She’s kind and warm and very generous with information about the places we’ve visited and about China in general. The car for our private tour was also comfortable. Itinerary is well put together, though there are stops that can be skipped like the jade center and the pearl center. But still great overall!

Sally was a great tour guide and our driver was skilled and made us feel safe. Sally was knowledgeable, personable and considerate. Since we had seen the Forbidden City the day before, she was flexible enough to take us to the Summer Palace after our visit to the Great Wall as requested. In spite of the traffic and long day, we never felt rushed. We highly recommend this tour in Beijing. It’s a great way to make the most out of a short visit and learn about history and culture of the people and area too. Sally also helped our group of 4 with arrangements to the train station the next day and gave us fair warning that it was so large that we might think it was an airport.

The view was amazing. Steps are quite steep and long, it took us 2hrs till reach the top of the wall, but it was worth it. I recommend you to go to in the morning. Not much people and weather is also cooler.

Hello! We went as a group of friends to the Great wall of China. Our driver and tour guide was Kong. He picked us from our hotel and brought us there. The drive was excellent with good taste of music. He had the tickets for the cable cart. 10/10 I would recommend.
