Our experience was amazing! We did not have much time but they arranged it so we could go see the Great Wall first thing in the morning before taking our plane back home. Cheng Zhao (I hope it is written like this) was incredibly kind and helpful, and even brought us breakfast and gave us a present.

We hired a private driver Wong for a full day to visit the Great Wall and explore the city, and it was the best decision we made for our trip. From the very beginning, Wong was perfectly on time for our pickup and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the day. What truly set him apart was how helpful he was. He didn't just drive us from point A to point B, he took the time to show us where to go and showed us the best points in the city. He navigated the busy city traffic with impressive ease, making us feel completely safe the entire time. He was also incredibly patient and flexible with our schedule, never rushing us at the Great Wall. Our driver was amazing! Communication after booking was clear and prompt. Our driver met us in the hotel lobby at the arranged time. He showed us videos to prepare us for the area. He walked us to the ticket gate and let us take as long as we wanted to explore Gubei Water Village and the Great Wall. He was friendly and it was easy to communicate through a translation app. This was the perfect way to travel to the Great Wall.

Incredible service. Hotel pick up and drop off. Our driver guided us to the bus shuttle. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a private driver. This is much better than any tour, you can go at your own pace and is great if you are short on time, we completed the round trip in 6 hours.

Everything was perfect, we got detailed information how to meet our driver, on side we have been told how to get to the top of the wall, how much time we can spend there to get to the airport on time to catch our departure flight. Driver was excellent, safe driving, on schedule. On top of that we got several bottles of water free of charge, which was helpful regarding how many and how steep some stairs was. Very Good driver. He is punctual, help as much as he can to make the trip confortable. He stopped before arriving to the Great wall to buy us some stuff to eat and water. I highly recommend it. You can always count on the organiser to be in touch. Everything runs on time and without any problems. When we thought we wouldn't make it because our next flight was about to leave, the organiser asked us to show the queue at the Great Wall that we were in a hurry to catch our plane, and let us in. Wszystko było ok. do czasu gdy kierowca wysadził nas , niby w okolicach naszego hotelu który później szukaliśmy ponad godzinę . Mógł podjechać prawie pod hotel ale nie zrobił tego . Zimno wiatr , z nikim się nie można dogadać , bardzo złe doświadczenie . Na mój mail firma odpisała ,że nie da się podjechać itd , ewidentnie zachowała się nie w porządku. Inna taxi normalnie podjechała gdy wracałem na lotnisko. Nie polecam tego przewoźnika . Everything was fine until the driver dropped us off, supposedly near our hotel, which we spent over an hour searching for. He could have driven almost to the hotel, but he didn't. It was cold and windy, and it was impossible to communicate with anyone. It was a very bad experience. The company replied to my email, saying they couldn't pick us up, etc., clearly acting inappropriately. Another taxi arrived as usual when I was returning to the airport. I don't recommend this company.

We had the pleasure of using the Great Wall and Forbidden City tour service in November. The driver was very kind and courteous. When we got into the car, a bag with water and snacks was waiting for us, which saved our morale after the overnight flight. ​The driver (Mr. Wang, I hope I remembered correctly) escorted us right up to the entrance, explained everything clearly, and handed us the tickets along with the instructions. He also helped us with currency exchange at the bank. We also managed to visit the Forbidden City. ​I highly recommend this, especially during long layovers – it was a stress-free experience!

Highly recommend to anyone who wants to travel seamlessly to the Great Wall. Solo traveller, who didn't want a guide. Organiser was communicative on WhatsApp before and provided all information. Driver arrived on time, and recommended leaving hotel (central Beijing) at 6am, which meant I arrived early and before the crowds arrived, which was perfect. The driver provides all QR codes in the car when you arrive and waited in the car park for me.

Picked up early at 6am to beat the Beijing traffic - which we did. One of the first to arrive at Mutianyu. After 5 hours at the wall, managed to get 1.5 hours in to see summer palace. Lee was very accommodating as we ran a little over our planned time. Very safe driver. Excellent day.

They gave us easy to follow instructions via WhatsApp and had a punctual and friendly driver. The car was nice and the ride smooth even through some traffic. We would recommend them to anyone!

A fantastic experience with our driver, Li. Punctual, pleasant... he helps with everything, recommends things, gives advice, water, raincoats... In the end, we asked him to drop us off at a temple in Beijing instead of the hotel, and he agreed without a problem. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them if I had to do it again.
