This was hands down the worst experience of my life. The designated meeting point they provided was utterly impossible to find; we spent a grueling hour walking in circles all around the area, and despite our best efforts, it was completely impossible to locate.
Bad tour the site would not accept these tickets and we had to buy tickets at the gate instead. Would not recommend
Great tour - well paced highlights of the vast Forbidden City complex. The site is very exposed and always busy. Found the meeting point hard to find - also underestimated the time to get to the entrance and through security. Found the group easily inside the city so all good.
Everything was smooth, our guide Ansun was excellent guide. The tour is must if you like Chinese history.

Tour guide Maria was very good. Forbidden city is worth a visit. We enjoyed treasure hall which was not covered in the guided tour however the tour guide explained clearly how we can get there and see it

A great experience from start to finish! The guide was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting information about the history of the Forbidden City. We learned much more than we would have by visiting on our own. Before the tour, we were a little worried about finding the meeting point because the area was extremely crowded. However, everything was very well organized, and we had no difficulty meeting the guide. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Forbidden City.

Treffpunkt war gut zu finden. Die unerwartete Abgabepflicht unseres Rucksacks kam überraschend, das hätte man auch im Vorfeld der Tour erledigen können. Unser Guide Maria war phantastisch und hat uns trotz der gebuchten Expresstour einen guten Einblick geben können. Zudem hat sie sich mega um alle individuellen Interessen gekümmert und uns den Anschlußtransfer mit einem Taxi zum gebuchten Schnellzug ermöglicht.

No customer service; we had a problem joining the group and it was impossible to reach anyone.
We have been here from half an hour before until half an hour after trying to find the group without success. We wrote to them that we were here and they only told us that they were waiting for us without giving more details
