From the moment we reached out, Linda was always prompt, responsive and helpful. In every respect a great experience. Our guide was excellent and communicated in perfect English. The tour is very interesting and includes most of the major sightseeing spots. I highly recommend Linda. We contacted her to arrange transportation from Tianjin to Beijing, a city tour, and the return trip to Tianjin. We were really happy that on our second day tour Adele was our Guide. She planned the day so well according to our needs and wishes. We started with the Forbidden city. She guided us well through the crowds of people, got us all the entrance tickets in the quickest way possible and taught us so many things about the historical background. Since we had -11 degrees Celsius outside temperature she made sure we had breaks to warm up. She kept it interesting for our 2 children and the whole family. Afterwards we went to the Lama temple and the temple of heaven. We could explore so many impressive monuments in just one day. The driver-pick up always went so smoothly that we never had to wait long. Adele is so warm and communicative that we learned so many things that day. My recommendation if you only have 2 days to explore Beijing: book this tour with Linda and Adele!

Adele was great! Fun informative tour and ate lunch at a wonderful authentic local restaurant. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect we had a wonderful experience.

Angie was a great tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She treated us with cookies and bananas and made sure we got to see all the sights. She went above and beyond to find us an atm. Our driver was also great and the car was very nice. Overall we had a wonderful day.

I originally book two private tour days with Linda. I enjoyed Linda’s tour so much I booked a third day. The first day was a tour of the forbidden city. Linda is extremely knowledgeable everywhere we visited. We traveled at my pace which is sometimes quite quick and other times I want to take it all in. We covered so much ground over three days. Linda is a very safe driver which I appreciate. Comparing all of the tours I have done in the past, spending time with Linda was more fulfilling than any of the other tours. I highly recommend Linda. Great lady, excellent English and very knowledgeable. Well done Linda and thank you for making my trip memorable.

A very convenient tour if you're short of time in Beijing. We had 2.5 hours for the Forbidden City, 1.5 hours for the Temple of Heaven and about 2 hours for the Summer Palace. We only had a driver, but there is an option to include a guide as well. Our driver Davis was very attentive and professional. For the Forbidden City tickets we had to stand in line and buy them ourselves at the kiosks, with our passports (we got the money in cash from the driver, as the tickets are included in the tour). You can also visit Tiananmen Square, but there will probably not be enough time on the same day and the company can make a reservation for the next day for an independent visit. Overall, the tour was nice and we would recommend it.

Its difficult to honestly express how helpful Linda was for us on our recent trip, she provided advise for months before, booked us train tickets ( which can be a nightmare ) so all we had to do was scan passports and find our seats, she arranged a Tour Guide and driver for our day in Xi'an which was perfect - having someone give you a one-two-one tour of the Terracotta warriors with local insight was special and magical. Beijing being 5000 odd miles away ( from the UK that is ) and off the common tourist route makes local knowledge and understanding everything, maybe we could have booked taxi,s and arranged our own thing but having someone English speaking and knowing the landscape really removed any stress Totally aware this is trip adviser and very happy to leave Linda a glowing review but i would advise you contact her directly rather than here as a booking, her advise in invaluable. Very happy to Give Linda 10/10 - Very Well Done !

Great tour to the Summer Palace, Forbidden City and Temple of Heaven. Alvin, our driver, was very reliable and arrived at the hotel in time.

Our 81-year-old aunt enjoyed our tour of Beijing because of how Linda, our tour guide, took care of all the details to make our day trip comfortable especially for my aunt. She picked us up on time, brought some local snacks to try, offered bottled water to hydrate ourselves and always looked out for my elderly aunt. We had a few last-minute changes in our plan and Linda was very flexible and pleasant about accommodating our needs. Even though she was hired just as a driver she turned out to be a good tour guide too. A very pleasant experience.

Pros: Linda and Mr Guo were both very responsive. They responded super quick to my messages and I had a good amount of time to explore on each of the 3 attractions. I also like that I can explore the attractions on my own (some people may not like this). There were no stops for shopping (which is great!) Cons: the instructions to get the ticket to forbidden city were not clear at first and it took me about 1 hr to get the ticket (find the right place + queue).

Linda is very knowledgeable guide! She was punctual in picking us up and we learned a lot about the various sites she took us to. A very comprehensive tour that we enjoyed very much! Keep up the great work, Linda!

Very pleasant experience. Linda was very nice and took good care of us. We booked the tour for our stopover in Beijing and we appreciated that Linda took care of everything. She picked us up at the airport, we did the tour and then she took us back to the airport. Everything went smoothly and we got great value for money.

visiting a new country with small children where there is a huge language barrier can be a little scary, but Linda transportation service made everything so smooth and easy! We communicated through WhatsApp leading up to the trip and I paid my deposit and they took care of everything. They picked us up from the airport, drove us around for the whole day for eight hours to see everything that we wanted to on one day and the next day they took us to the Great Wall and back to Beijing and also dropped us off at our airport. The communication was great and the service was private and excellent. I will recommend when the transportation service to everybody.

This tour is good because the staff will take you anywhere you want, you will have a driver, water is provided, pick up and drop off are also included. The only issue could be the language barrier since the driver's english (at least in my experience) was not very good. Other than that this one is recommended.

My whole experience with Linda and her team was outstanding. Linda herself was extremely communicative from the start and really took care of us. Our guide, Alice, was one of the best tour guides I've ever had. She was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what she did. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We visited Beijing in Aug 2019 as a family of family adults and had an amazing experience with Linda's Car Service. Our trip would not have been so comfortable and hassle free without Linda. We had availed multiple services from Linda - airport pickup and drop, Tianjin cruise terminal pickup and drop, full day private sightseeing to Great wall. For every trip the car was clean, comfortable and in a great condition. The drivers like Fred and Mr Zhang were punctual, courteous and polite and were very friendly even when they had to wait for us for hours. We want to share our appreciation for Fred who took us to offbeat places like a peach farm, where we went peach picking and a lovely dinner at an authentic Chinese restaurant. Throughout the trip, Linda had been in constant touch through WhatsApp and WeChat and had helped us multiple times even before we began the trip, like booking forbidden city tickets for us free of charge. We highly recommend Linda for anyone visiting Beijing - you cannot go wrong with her. Thank you Linda for such a memorable and amazing service!

Linda arranged a driver named Bruce for me. Bruce is English speaking and so it was great to be able to communicate through the day about what I was seeing. Bruce picked me up from my hotel and took me to the temple of heaven, forbidden city and Tiananmen Square, Olympic village and summer palace. He made the day easy and comfortable. Bruce is a kind and caring man with good sense of humour. I was in good hands which is important as I was on my own. Would highly recommend and I would ask for Bruce again.

I had searched Linda through Google site, was dealing for the 1st time with her and it was for my VVIP guest ( Bollywood actor), the service given to them personally by Linda was very good... My guest were really happy with her services.. so again they had taken the city tour with her for the next day.. Her service was quick & very prompt.. Good car was given to them.. We forgot to organise some tours while in Beijing and looked for a last minute option on T/A. Linda was very helpful in providing us with a last minute booking. The driver she arranged was very good. His English was pretty good too. He took us to our requested locations and was able to drop us directly at the gate, give us some pointers on the location about what to look for and then picked us up at the other end so we didn’t have to walk all the way back. He really was a gentleman and a great driver in a hectic city. Davis was our driver and even though Linda said he was not able to give us much info on the history and locations, he was actually quite informative. We cut our trip short because it was a very poor quality pollution on this day and our daughter with asthma wasn’t feeling too good. Davis was very supportive of our decision to cut the day a little short, unlike a previous driver we had (who seemed to be more focused on taking us to tea houses or jade sellers and got annoyed when we didn’t want to go!) Davis also helped us arrange a pick up for our last day to get to the airport on time. It was a big event for high profile Chinese political leaders on the day and the highway to the airport was blocked. Linda was most concerned to getting us there on time and assisted the driver with well detailed information as it was a different driver with little English. We were ever so grateful for Linda’s help! We made it to the airport with no troubles at all and we’ll ahead of schedule! Thanks you again Linda. I appreciate what you did for us!
