Has a clear description of pickup instructions. Smooth check-in process. My guide Yuly was great. She explained the logistics clearly with multiple route options and provided help with booking gondola tickets etc. she even gave a brief history of the wall on the bus. She also warned us of an age restrictions on the sled down on the east side I was unaware of. The way back was also very flexible with multiple buses to capture varying exit times

Transportation was easy to the train station and from there Christina waited for us outside. She was very friendly and helpful with whatever I asked and needed. She speaks great English and it is easy to communicate with her. At first I thought of taking a direct taxi to the great wall becasue I was afraid I will not find the bus and waist a lot of time. but considering price difference of the trip I chose busda. And I'm glad I did.

Busda is very convenient if you want to go to the Great Wall from Beijing. Christina is very helpful.
