Great experience and great value for our family. The driver was very friendly and welcoming. He even prepared some snacks and fruit for us to take on our walk, which was very thoughtful. We didn’t need a tour guide, so there were no extra costs. The driver helped us purchase the shuttle bus tickets and showed us where to go. After that, we explored the Great Wall and took the cable car at our own pace. Everything was easy and well organised. We really enjoyed the flexibility and would definitely recommend this service! 😊 The driver also gave us a one-dollar gift note featuring a photo of the Great Wall, which was a lovely and memorable touch.

Right from the time I booked till I meet my driver Wang, everything was professionally done. It was excellent experience with Driver Wang. He explained me everything right from beginning to the end everything step by step. I took a package for Mutianyu Great Wall of China right from my Airport drop off. He even provided me with water, tea, coffee and some light snacks & even umbrella as it could rain at the Great Wall of China.

I used the 3B Tahi service for transportation from the airport to the Great Wall of China and back, and I was very satisfied. The total price was about 600 yuan for a taxi in both directions and waiting + tickets for two, which I think is a very good deal, as it includes everything and saves time and organization. The driver was punctual, the car was clean and comfortable, and the trip was smooth. The biggest advantage is that everything was organized in advance - no need to wait, negotiate on the spot, or risk overcharges. We had a wonderful time visiting the Great Wall during our long layover in Beijing. Everything was very well organized and exactly as described. It was easy to communicate via whatsapp and email and also to find the driver at the airport, and they had everything ready for us: the tickets, snacks, water, and even a souvenir yuan note, which was a lovely touch. Although the driver did not speak English or Spanish, communication was very easy with the help of a translator. The whole experience felt smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. We had an amazing time on this trip! The pick up and drop off were very smooth, communication was excellent! Our driver was extremely kind and helpful. He provided us with snacks, drinks, and warming pads for the hike. He even helped us to find the way to the trail start! When we were done we used WeChat to communicate and it was very easy to meet up again. The coffee provided when we got back to the car was just what we needed! Overall, AMAZING time. Incredible Experience with this transfer! They took care of everything (transfer from Beijing, tickets for the gondola and the entry to the Great Wall of China). The driver was incredibly nice and available and even prepared a small breakfast for us for the drive. He helped us with any questions we had and accompanied us up to the entry of the Great Wall! Hello! We wrote to Mr. Wang just a day before our departure to China and he was able to organize for us a short private trip to Mutianyu- Great Wall. Mr. Wang gave us clear instruction how to meet a driver, how much the tour is, how to prepare and what can we expect from the trip. We knew that the trip we have choosed was with the non-english speaking driver but here(on trip advisor) I couldn't find this option. Anyway the driver was able to communicate with us. We had only 13 hours between our flights, and it was great idea to go to the Great Wall in this time. Whole trip takes around 5 hours - about 1 hour to go from Bejing Airport to Mutianyu - where you spand around 3 hours(especially when it is cold outside ;d). What's more: for the first time on the airport we didn't get the visa(our falt, we went to transit part of airport instead to board crossing passage...) but mr . Wang was not angry and we just apologized and made another trip appointmen after 2 weeks when we were on the way back home from holidays.

As I had just half a day, it was great to find a short tour with a flexible pick-up time. From the start, the company made sure I had all the necessary details about what to bring and where to meet. I wasn't looking for a guide, just someone who would take me up and back with a few tidbits of information and help sorting out tickets. David, the driver, was terrific- very cheerful and knowledgeable- and had me back to the hotel in time for dinner, such was his knowledge of Beijing back streets. As for the Wall- I'll be back, and next time with more hours to explore. Excellent all round!

Aside from the fact that the Mutianyu Great Wall was incredibly spectacular (we visited in winter which made it beautifully snow-covered, unpopulated and stunning) this review is predominantly for our driver Tony who was just awesome. We were having a lot of trouble in China with our NZ money cards (of all types) and as luck would have it, we ended up at Mutianyu with little cash, and every ATM either closed down or not able to accept our cards. Tony really saved us by going the extra mile to help us sort this situation. We were well aware that this was right outside of his job description but as a family with two kids very eager to do the wall, this meant the world to us. After our day at the wall, Tony then took us back to Beijing with tips and tricks, local information, stories to quench our insatiable interest in local Beijing and things we needed to know to help us for the rest of our stay. Tony, you are an excellent tour driver, a lovely man and we will be recommending you to anybody needing a driver while in Beijing.

A great experience indeed!! We contacted them two days in advance to be picked up at the airport, and not even the delay on the flight arrival of three hours made Sam Li, our kind and safe driver, giving up on waiting for us at Arrivals. He guided us to get the tickets and gave some important advices. How was the visit? Amazing. This is totally recommended if you happen to have some hours in transit. Don’t miss it!!

Our driver, David Lee, was very punctual, we left at 6:30AM on a pleasant drive till Mutianyu and got there before 8AM. He helped us buy our tickets and we toke as much time as we needed to walk around the Great Wall, after that he was waiting for us at the same spot that he parked. David was really nice, the things that he didn't know how to say he used the translator, so we had no problem what so ever with communication. I recommend this tour since it is private and money worth it. They also offer water, bananas, wi-fi and we got a little panda at the end. PS: get there early and you will have the Wall only to yourself.

Our flight was delayed getting in and David Li was patiently waiting, ready to whisk us away to the Great Wall. He had water and bananas, taking good care of us as he orchestrated a very quick transport, ATM visit, and ticket purchase for the wall and cable car. We made it back in time for our departure flight and could not be happier with the tour. Now we plan to come back to see more.

Look no further - If you’re planning on visiting the Great Wall of China DEFINITELY do this! Our driver, David, was SO friendly and accommodating. Communication was so easy before and during the trip. He picked us up from the hotel and since I just landed the night before I expressed I needed to find an ATM to take out local currency for the duration of my stay. He drove me to the closest bank, waited for me and even treated us to some yummy bananas! He gave us some great tips and insight on the Great Wall and helped us purchase the tickets we wanted! All in all, this is the only way to do the Great Wall. Hassle free, kind, deluxe service. I would recommend David to everyone!

Our guide David Li met us properly at our hotel with easy communication. The days prior to the tour we were given contact information and our drivers direct line. He went above and beyond for our day trip. We arrived late the day prior and didn’t have time to take out any cash, he made a stop just for us to take out some money on our way! When we arrived at the Great Wall he assisted us in purchasing the tickets! He was able to get us tickets for the open air Chairlift that takes you up the wall and the luge that takes you down, I highly recommend! David was so knowledgeable about all the do’s & dont’s he even helped us find some great coffee, we were in desperate need. Extremely easy communication our entire trip, no pressure to rush back or any additional stops for purchases like bus tours. Highly recommend & Great Value!

David picked us up promptly and was a very good driver. He had water and snacks for us enroute. He pointed out sites along the way and even gave us some video information about The Great Wall prior to our arrival. Once we arrived, he escorted us to the ticket counter and purchased all the necessary tickets on our behalf. He made sure that we knew where to go thereafter. He was waiting for us upon our return and even had a nice birthday gift for me since we were there for my 50th birthday. He also made a couple of stops for us on the way back to our apartment. We would definitely recommend this option for an easy way to get to the Great Wall of China at Mutianyu and explore the wall on your own. We left Beijing at 7 a.m. and arrived before the crowds.

He was super friendly and was not upset at all when we came back down a little later than expected due to the long wait for the toboggan ride. Highly recommend this over taking a bus. What a great trip. We had an overnight layover in Beijing and decided to try seeing the Great Wall. We were picked up promptly by our driver Sam who was very nice and very helpful. He showed us where to go and helped us with our timing to get to our flight. He was there right on time after the Wall to take us back and got us back to the hotel in plenty of time. He was very pleasant to ride with and the car was comfortable. We would definitely recommend Sam and the tour company.
