This was my first‑ever trip to China. I needed to get a local SIM card, and the customer service representative shared the airport store location with me in advance, along with photos of the shop. We communicated through Viator, which made everything extremely convenient. Our driver also provided excellent service.
There were long queues at immigration. Luckily I booked this pickup service, so I didn’t have to wait in line for taxis. As soon as I exited, I saw the driver holding a sign with my name. He took us to the parking lot and drove very smoothly the whole way. Perfect service!

One of the highlights was the delicious lunch at his parents’ home. They were so warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel even more special and personal. Getting around the city by subway is fast and economical. Remember to book tickets for popular attractions in advance to avoid long queues. Don’t miss trying local delicacies like Peking Duck and Hot Pot to make your trip more memorable.
