WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE — terrible service, no communication at all.
Cinema Neon East
This is a place that scams and deceives foreign guests. They falsely accuse guests of things they never did and try to shift all the blame onto them, even claiming that we opened a box that we never even touched. They insist that fabricated and manipulated photos are “evidence.” This is fraud and falsification. Do not stay at this hotel under any circumstances. Foreign guests are especially vulnerable to this kind of deception, and this hotel appears to take advantage of them.

We stay here for one night on the way to Tsingtao. The room is clean, and the room size is decent. There are not much activities around the hotel.
