Wanda is a chain business with hotels and malls. Usually they are located next to each other, which is also the case in Qiqihaer. The hotel is a large relatively new building with a big open lobby area. Rooms are nice and clean offering you all the essential. Breakfast offers a lot of variations, both chinese and western. You get a very nice hotel for a good price, BUT The downsides and the reason it's not getting a 5 star review. Room temperature cannot be lowered in the winter, we had 27 and 28 in our two rooms, nothing helped in terms of lowering it. Secondly check in and out is ridiculously slow.. as in really really slow. We waited 15 while 2 staff members tried to finish checking out 2 people.

Nice hotel, comfortable and well-appointed rooms. Excellent considering its location. Few staff speak English.
