Great hotel and great location. Next door to Wanda Plaza and centrally located in Jining. We were here on business only stayed one night but this is the place in Jining that we always stay. Oh and a great breakfast buffet where they will even cook eggs to your liking.
I would say one of the best places I have spent the time. They are extremely helpful and patient. I would like to thanks Mr Fred and Ms Linda for almost 90 days together. Like second home.
A great hotel right next to the Wanda Plaza. Google translater was used to communicate on a small handful of staff spoke English. My only complaint would be the waiting stuff at night...you had to ask them to clear your plates.
Very clean. Large, spacious rooms. Excellent bathroom facilities. It had everything I needed and then some. The breakfast menu had several options and a good seating environment.
I have stayed at this property multiple times pre-covid. My previous stays were all very good. This stay fell well below previous stays.
The check-in and check-out process was terrible. The staff were unfriendly and the counter was under staffe
The rooms didn’t have A/C and was very hot. We were told that the A/C had been shut off for the season. This is expected in some lesser hotels but it’s not acceptable for a “5 star” hotel. The cleanliness of the room is below expectations for a Wanda property.
Breakfast was very underwhelming. There’s a Starbucks next door so you’re probably better off there.
The location is quite convenient with many dining options nearby.
Overall, the low rating is a direct reflection on training and management.
