Although this Westin in Beijing Financial Street is a little farther from the Forbidden City than we expected, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very well maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. What really stood out was the outstanding service. When we checked in, the water pressure in our room was a bit low, and the manager immediately upgraded us to a room on a higher floor. They even surprised our son with a teddy bear, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We truly appreciated the hospitality and will definitely stay here again!

Though not close to the metro stop, the Westin definitely deserves a trip. The Executive Lounge is beautiful, and breakfast service was immaculate. Room, dated at certain bits was super comfortable and practical.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect, making me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. One of the highlights was the breakfast experience. The variety and quality were superb, offering both international favorites and authentic local dishes. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and replenished promptly. It was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Another standout feature is the Michelin-starred restaurant on the premises. Dining there was an unforgettable experience—the food was exquisite, service impeccable, and the ambiance elegant yet comfortable. It added a luxurious and memorable touch to my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort, with the signature Westin Heavenly Bed ensuring a great night’s sleep. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is refined yet relaxing, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. If you’re staying in Beijing’s financial district, this hotel is an outstanding choice. I would absolutely return without hesitation.
