We stayed at The Lakeview Marriott Executive Apartments in Tianjin for a month with our 2-year-old son and had a wonderful experience. We booked the three-bedroom apartment, which had a spacious and well-thought-out layout, perfect for a long stay. The staff were absolutely fantastic—friendly and incredibly accommodating. Every time we had a request, they responded quickly and efficiently. Both the maintenance and cleaning staff exceeded our expectations. The cleaning staff ensured our apartment was spotless daily, with more thorough cleanings twice a week. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet at BLD in the Renaissance Hotel, which was included in our stay. It offered a wide variety of options, from Tianjin specialties to Western dishes, catering to all tastes. The Renaissance Hotel is conveniently connected to the Lakeview Marriott via a walkway on the second level, making it easy to access the hotel amenities without having to step outside. The kids' playroom at the Lakeview turned out to be essential. On days when we didn’t feel like venturing out, our son could still enjoyed himself in the playroom or ran around in the lovely backyard, filled with hawthorn trees and cute panda figures. He also loved exploring the Renaissance Hotel lobby, where live singers performed daily (except Mondays). The location of the hotel is excellent. There's a subway station right outside, making it easy to get around. It’s only a few stops away from popular attractions like Shui Shang Park, museums at the Cultural Center and Happy City (a fantastic mall for kids). Overall, it was a great stay, and we highly recommend it for families visiting Tianjin.

It's a wonderful hotel, the service was excellent, and the food was superb. I spent a month there and it was an unforgettable experience; I would definitely do it again many times.

The breakfasts are good, there's a decent pool, and various saunas. The rooms are non-smoking, but the furnishings are shabby. The furniture needs replacing. My armchair and small leatherette sofa were all cracked. For their price, they could have done better.
