Swissotel Shenyang

I stay at Swissotel Shenyang for 4 nights. The place is very convenient. There is a metro station just opposite the Hotel main entrance 青年公园站. I was very impressed by the Concierge Manager Mr Eric Jin. I was having some issues with parcel deliveries. They were sent to a nearby locker instead of the hotel Concierge. Eric brought me to the lockers to take out the goods, helped to bring up to the room and arranged for an air humidifier for us. He gave us some recommendations on what to do, where to go and what to eat at Shenyang. We are very appreciative of his hospitality. If the hotel has a best staff award, pls cast my vote to Mr Eric Jin. 👍😊 For Accor Platinum members, you can get a set dinner with a drink at their pub during the happy hours when staying there. I will recommend my friends to stay at this hotel when at Shenyang.

Had stayed here for 2 nights. Their bed is a big too soft and shaky. However, their concierge had great service especially Eric Jin helped us a lot. We had bought something to bring back home, however we do not want to carry it for the rest of the trip. We decided to ask concierge to help to find delivery company to send the items to our last stop. Eric had helped us to find delivery service as not all companies are able to do so. He followed up and ensure item collected by the dispatch. Such a wonderful staff that make my stay a pleasant one.

I am in Shenyang for holidays with mom. The room service is good because the lady will check on our needs and come to us within a min every time we called fir help. A big shout out to 礼宾司金骁because his service is good. He will advise me how to do didi, where to go for eat and shop. He is very attentive to our needs, remembering our names. If I am come back to Shenyang again, I will stay here again because his service is really very good.

I went there to trip in China. There was a lot of cutlery and clean toilet. Also the quality of clerk was so good because they were friendly every time. Especially the clerk called 姜 was the best so I give 5 stars.
