No speaking English at all. Actually, the stay was ok. Staff try to help. But at the end English was not use and cause alot of problems, such the deposit was not refund properly. The activity instructions was not clear. The transportation detail was not clearly stated. If you dont speak Chinese, recommend to prepare alot especially cash deposit, not card deposit.

I was already exhausted from trying to check into the villa I had booked. But the front desk said that because the previous guest hadn't checked out by the designated time, they had to wait for them to leave! I was dumbfounded! It was so baffling; I'd never encountered anything like it anywhere else in the world! Is this how a high-end hotel should handle things? (Was there any compensation for the guests' inconvenience?) And the front desk's answer was even more ridiculous 🤭 Well, because the guests were members, they couldn't kick them out!!! The pillows on the bed smelled of grease and grime 🤣
