Google Review Overall, I would still consider staying here again because the room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. It was well equipped with a fridge, microwave and washing machine. The washing machine was especially clean, with nothing left behind by previous guests. The housekeeping staff were the best part of my stay. They cleaned the room thoroughly every day, replaced the toothbrushes regularly and were always helpful. One housekeeper also helped me when I asked for cotton buds after reception told me they were unavailable. She immediately gave me several packets, and I really appreciated her service. However, some of the appliances were quite dated. The CD player required an old type of connector, so it was practically unusable. The TV reception was also extremely poor. Even the local channels had weak signals and poor picture quality. There were no movie channels, and the TV did not support casting, so we could not watch Netflix or other streaming services. The Wi-Fi was another issue. There were three different networks available in the room, but all of them were weak and unstable. I had to use my own mobile data most of the time. The hotel layout was also inconvenient. My room was about four long corridors away from the lift, and because I had a sprained ankle, it took me around 7–10 minutes to walk back to my room. The breakfast restaurant was also at the other end of the building, around another three to four corridors away. Guests with mobility issues should request a room closer to the lift. Some facilities were disappointing. The hotel listed a movie theatre, but it was not available during my stay. The spa also had a strong stale-water smell. Breakfast was advertised as international, but the variety was quite limited. Some of the bacon and pork sausages had a strong pork smell and did not taste fresh to me. On the positive side, the food was kept covered, the bread was good, the coffee from the machine was excellent, and the unlimited natto was very nice. The biggest issue was the breakfast entitlement. I paid for breakfast for three people, but on the first morning I was told only two breakfasts were available because someone had already used one of mine. I overheard staff explaining that a previous guest had changed rooms, but the system had not been updated, so that guest’s charges were still linked to my room. I thought it had been resolved, but the same thing happened again the next morning. If I had not overheard the conversation, I would not have known what was happening or whether I might be charged for someone else’s expenses. Communication with reception was also difficult. The room phone looked cordless, but the battery ran out almost immediately, so I could only use it on speaker mode while it remained on the charging base. The common areas could also be cleaner. I noticed leftover food on the lift floor during my stay. Room service was expensive compared with ordering through Meituan. Food delivery can be collected from reception or sent by the hotel robot, but there appeared to be only one robot. When we requested it, it was not charged, and we were told it would take at least 30 minutes. Despite these issues, I would still stay here again because the room was comfortable and the housekeeping staff were excellent. However, I would skip the hotel breakfast and order food through Meituan instead. The hotel would be much better with stronger Wi-Fi, better TV reception, improved front desk communication, better breakfast management and more attention to accessibility.

Great location and the staff was excellent. Rooms could use a little work but they are updating. Breakfast was excellent.
Location is good, not far from subway. Big shopping mall behind the hotel. The doorman is really kind and willing to help. Room is run down , need renovation. It’s apartment , other resident is on the same floor which a bit weird … unlike other Ascott chain. Breakfast not worth to pay. There are many local restaurants nearby. Train station only 1 km away.
The service was wonderful. They can send a robot to your room if you tell them to. And the beds were very comfy. Their breakfast is mostly Chinese food, but its really good. They also have a indoor kids playground and a game room for the adults. You can also do golf indoors but you have to pay at the front desk. Overall it was great!
The rooms are huge and I like it that there is also a washing machine in the room. The coffee at the café is good. Gym is great, and has quality equipment. Check in was fast and service is great. The only thing for me is there is no lobby (like a hotel), where you can stop the car comfortably and I understand why because this is a service apartment. But, all good!
