Hotel requires a renovation. Rooms are clean but worn out and with a lot of small damages. Refrigerator in my room was broken. Free WiFi was available but slow. There were no slippers in the room. Good, breakfast - big choice of Chinese and European food.

From the start we had a wonderful experience. The front desk was very friendly, and all the workers here go above and beyond what is typically expected in order to provide a great experience. Particularly, we had a great experience in the executive lounge. The host in the executive lougne, Jason Zhang, was very friendly and considerate, and he didn't mind going out of his way to provide great service, offering us drinks, food, and advice for our stay. He even remembered my daughter had asked for vegetarian food the night before, and the next time we visited he had especially set aside some food for her! Exceptional service, we will definitely be coming back next time we visit Shen Yang.
