Great location near the high-speed railway station and international airport, right in the heart of the city's new economic and commercial hub. The rooms are impeccably clean and extra spacious, with management staff that are both friendly and professional. The breakfast is excellent, and the lounge offers an amazing experience with superb cocktails. A special thanks to the executive manager, Ms. Shang, and her bartenders for providing an unforgettable stay at the brand-new Sheraton Hotel in Taiyuan. Overall, outstanding five-star customer service. Highly recommend staying here again!

I stayed for three nights on a business trip near the Taiyuan Metro Line 2, which will open in 2024. As a Platinum member, I was simply upgraded to the executive floor, but the room didn't have a bathtub. The gym is on basement level, open 24 hours, with a limited but adequate selection of equipment. The swimming pool has specific opening hours. The 12th-floor lounge is open from 10:00 to 22:00, but the happy hour is so-so; the hot food wasn't great, so I didn't want to go again. The breakfast is mostly Chinese-style, with a good variety, including Datong lamb offal, which is worth trying. The room wasn't very soundproof, a common problem in hotels around here. There are some convenience stores and restaurants within a 5-minute walk of the hospital.

I would strongly recommend this hotel with my 2-night stay. The staff here were super nice and they made me feel being at home. The restaurants of the hotel were amazing!
